The hot tub was perfect. The bungalow is cozy; but roomy enough for two. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Easy and thorough check in and check out communication.

Very cute! Quiet, in a walkable and friendly neighborhood.Google maps will NOT find it with the street address, so if you don't know the area pay attention to the cross streets!

January Get away

We had a nice stay here. It was well stocked, super charming house. I loved the hot tub...a great way to warm up after a chilly day out. We would definitely stay here again.

We could not have selected a better place to stay the week. We were not able to take advantage of the private yard (and hot tub) as we were quite busy with business at Boise State University. However, we found the place quite inviting when we returned in the evening. The daily drive to BSU was quick. The host was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. We would definitely return if we came back to Boise.

Nice quiet getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend here. We loved how close it was to downtown restaurants and enjoyed the hot tub immensely! We also loved walking the beautiful neighborhood. The bed was so comfy and we enjoyed our little getaway!

Incredibly clean, great hot tub! Perfect location near Hyde Park and Camel’s Back Park! A little confusing to find because GPS doesn’t recognize the address yet. Quiet and decorated so nice.

Spring Break in Boise

Nice, small house in a great neighborhood. Fenced private yard with a patio, grill and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

This adorable bungalow studio was perfect for my family of 4 and pup. It’s a small space, but the layout is great, and all the finishes are super nice. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and access to a vacuum during our stay for quick tidies. Always appreciated when you’re sharing a small space with 4 prime :) Steve is a great host - he’s quick to respond and very helpful and welcoming. The neighborhood is wonderful, too. It’s so close to the beautiful Elm Grove park, and it’s fun to stroll and check out all the lovely houses and front yards. Hyde Park shops and Camel Back park are very close, as well. Loved our stay here! We will definitely book again when we revisit Boise.

Great little house, but cold

Fiancé and I stayed here recently, wanting to get away for two nights. The place was very clean, new appliances and looked nice. We did struggle to keep the house warm, as the heater wasn't powerful enough to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. We ended up purchasing a space heater to warm the house.We also had about 5-10 minutes of hot shower water before it got cold. The hottub was nice and had great lightning. Interior looked great, lots of green. Other than being cold, we had a nice stay.

Disappointing that Kayla did not call and notify us until after her stay concluded. We have local people available and would have sent someone right over had we been notified. It turns out the minisplit heating/ac unit had a dirty filter and an error code, an easy 10 minute fix. I also offered to reimburse Kayla for the space heater if she left it behind, she never responded. Please review our "Other Things to Note" section which states "Guest must give Host and opportunity to address any issues during their stay"
