Perfect family vacation---everything awesome

Over the years I have stayed at various properties in Windsor Hills and can say, without a doubt, that the Windsor Treasure was light years better than any I have experienced. We have stayed in the condos, the townhouses, and various houses and nothing compares. Having such a gorgeous, remodeled, beautiful home to come back to each day after visiting the parks was a joy. Flopping down in the pool and hot tub gave us a special place to chill. The Arcade is just as the pictures indicated and being air conditioned made it even better. Plus it was only a short walk to the main pool and kiddie splash area. Bill was fantastic at communicating with us for anything we needed. He even sent recommendations for other things to do outside of Windsor Hills, I.e. mini-golf, restaurants, etc. Finally, we visited all four of the major Disney parks and the longest drive to the respective parking lots was 13 minutes. That was faster than staying on site. This property is perfect for a family.

Really great property in a fantastic location for Disney. Can't recommend enough. The arcade room blew the kids minds. A perfect sanctuary to retreat to after the parks and heat in Florida. Bill and Donna gave lots of recommendations, theres a handy app with all the property information. Thanks again Bill and Donna, we had a fantastic week!

Our goal is to make everyone's vacation as stress-free as possible, so having immediate access to all sorts of information about our home and Windsor Hills in the app helps quite a bit. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can genuinely say this is the best villa we have stayed in during our trips to Orlando.The villa was absolutely spotless throughout, beautifully presented, extremely well organised and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, which was very welcome after long days at the parks!The games room was a huge hit with the whole family and we spent plenty of time enjoying it. The pool area was also lovely and provided the perfect place to relax between busy park days.Communication with the owners was first class from start to finish. The information and guide provided before our arrival was incredibly detailed and useful, making everything really straightforward from the moment we arrived.You can tell a great deal of care and thought has gone into making the villa a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home.We had a brilliant holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home! Stayed there with 2 adults and 5 preteens. They loved the arcade and the pool so much. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone! The host was so helpful and even sent tips for things to try or do during our stay. We will certainly be coming back!

Loved the house. Had multiple families staying in Windsor Hills at separate houses, but when they were visiting we never once felt crowded. Game room is absolutely amazing- the kids never got sick of it

This location, named the Windsor Treasure, was simply fantastic. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dinner and cook ware. The pool area was great and the kids loved it. We had a bad storm the first night there and a good bit of debris got in the pool. I was ultimately and to self clean the pool, but the owner (Bill) still had the property manager come check on us.Speaking of Bill, the communication was seamless and prompt. The guestbook provided prior to check-in was super helpful. Bill sent a number of emails during our stay to check in and give ideas regarding restaurants and activities for the kids. Simply a great host!The highlight of the stay for my kids was the arcade room, which had a dedicated a/c unit (not that common in the area). If my kids weren’t in the pool, they were in the arcade!All in all, this was a perfect trip and we will certainly be back!

We thought having a dedicated air conditioning system in that room would allow families to enjoy it even when it is super hot outside. Bill and Donna are outstanding hosts with excellent communication before and during our stay. They provided clear, timely, and thorough information about The Windsor Treasure and the surrounding area.The home is beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing photos—no surprises at all. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. When a toaster broke, they replaced it overnight, which really demonstrated their responsiveness.Our family loved the home, and we would absolutely stay here again.

A Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at Bill and Donna's Windsor Treasure home. The home was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect. It happened to be very cold when we went but with the house having it's own indoor arcade, we didn't mind spending the time inside. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which everyone truly appreciated. The club house is about a 5 minute walk from the home and there is a big playground that is just steps away. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to go in the pool with how cold it was but Bill did try to heat the pool as warm as he possibly could in case we wanted to give it a try. We did however go in the hot tub and was able to enjoy that. We had an wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back to this home next time we are in Florida.

You picked the coldest week of the last decade for your visit - brrrr. 20 degrees Fahrenheit overnight! Thankfully our spa was still very hot, and we're happy everyone enjoyed our private arcade room. Thankfully our home has a furnace in addition to only air conditioning (plus our fireplace!), so still very comfortable despite the cold. Hopefully you can visit again soon!

Beautiful vacation home for our family.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at The Windsor Treasure. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions, as well as being conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants. Our kids absolutely adored the community pool, the backyard pool, and the hot tub, but they particularly enjoyed the arcade room. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, even offering helpful local tips. The house itself was spacious, providing plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and enjoy. The highlight for everyone was definitely the game room, which kept the kids (and grandparents) entertained for hours.

Great house for a family

My family of four loved this house, it had everything we needed. It had more than enough comfortable rooms for our full family. We enjoyed days at the pool and the arcade for evening activity. The house is very close to Disney and there is so many other amenities nearby. House is clean and nicely updated. Cannot recommend more.

Great house and location!

This house was great! It was spacious and very clean. The whole family loved the gameroom (we spent alot of time in there), and having our own pool to enjoy. We appreciated the proximity to all of our activities and stores. My son really enjoyed the waterpark and playground as well. Also, we really appreciated the responsivenss of the homeowners.

Windsor Treasure

Property exceeded our expectations!! We stayed 6 nights while vacationing at Disney World and Universal Studios. Very short drive to all the theme parks. Windsor Hills is a very nice and well maintained gated community. My only regrets are that we didn't have more time to enjoy Windsor Treasure due to our busy schedule at the theme parks. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past 20 years and this one is on top of our list. We highly recommend Bill and Donna's "Windsor Treasure". You will not be disappointed .

Amazing Home!

Bill and Donna for the win! Not only were they responsive and super helpful but their home is AMAZING, you can tell they take great pride in their property! The home itself provides so much room for everyone to spread out and decompress from busy days and all come together for family fun. Game room was amazing and provided hours of entertainment for our adult kiddos and ourselves and with so much table space great for playing games and coming together for meals. Love the concierge service for groceries; that was a huge stress relief for us! You have thought of it all with this home. For those who wonder, yes there's plenty of towels for pool area as well as bathrooms (so many rentals fall short)

Amazing stay

Book this house! My family absolutely loved it. The pool was great, the game room was amazing, rooms were well appointed, house was perfect for our needs. Also the hosts, Bill and Donna are amazing! The most responsive, the most helpful, absolutely perfect hosts. So much information was sent to make our stay the most comfortable it could be, and it was so appreciated. The neighborhood was great, loved being able to get lunch/ice cream at the big pool. We came with a toddler, and the proximity to the playground was awesome, he loved the castle! We almost always stay at vacation rentals when we come to Orlando, and this was the best one by far. Also the neighborhood was so close to Disney, 15 minutes away which was perfect for going home for naps. I really can’t stress enough, you’ll love it here!

AMAZING

This home is Amazing! We were a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids. There was so much room in this house for everyone to have their own space and never feel crowded. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend getting it heated (even in May). The Game room is on another level! It’s not a little game in a garage it is a full Game ROOM with top notch games. I think the adults may have enjoyed the games as much as the kids. So much fun. And lastly communication… the owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions I had. We look forward to coming back to this house hopefully next year

Better than on-property!

Wow, what an amazing place! This house by far had the most amazing game room I could imagine being INSIDE the house, our teens could not get enough! But that's not to say the rest of the house was overlooked, the beds were wonderfully comfy after a long day in the parks. The kitchen and bathrooms had obviously been recently renovated very tastefully as well. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and even personally checked on us after a storm came through the area (which we amazingly hadn't even lost power for). The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and charming with so many trees. This is literally the closest neighborhood of full sized houses to the Disney gate with Animal Kingdom being the closest park. A great fit for two families as well, with all the bedrooms having their own baths and spread out well throughout the house for privacy and noise reduction. I very much recommend this house!

They are all set to “free play” so no quarters needed! It’s wonderful when families get to enjoy them. It was nice getting a chance to meet all of you during Hurricane Milton. We came down to Florida to stay in Windsor Hills during the storm just in case our guests needed any assistance. Thankfully, just like all the previous hurricanes, Windsor Hills had no issues. We are one of the highest points in Kissimmee, so there is never any flooding risk, and all our utilities are underground, so we never even lost power. Amazing stay at the Windsor Treasure!

This is the third visit for us staying at one of Bill & Donna’s vacation homes. We love Windsor Hills community. It’s security gate guarded, has a beautiful resort community pool, & family-friendly. Our stay at The Windsor Treasure did not disappoint! The home was beautiful inside & out. Our family of six had plenty of space. All five bedrooms had their own bathroom. That makes such a difference. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds, spacious dresser and closet space, and attached bathrooms. The kitchen was big and overlooked the family room area. There was everything we needed to cook our meals. Drink glasses, dishes, bowls, pans, and plenty of utensils. The entire house was very clean and welcoming. The game room was AMAZING!!! Many hours spent having fun! That was a highlight! The dual washers and dryers made vacation life easy! The only time I don’t mind doing laundry! The outside backyard, pool, and spa were wonderful. Loved swimming every day! Lots of privacy in the backyard. Truly a beautiful house. We were very happy enjoying our vacation in this home. Close and convenient to Walmart, Target, and lots of restaurants. Definitely would vacation in this home (or any of their homes) again!

Best rental ever!

The Windsor Treasure was absolutely perfect for our family vacation (wife and I, mother in law, plus 3 kids ages 15, 11, and 8). We had so much room to spread out. Having two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms plus an additional kids room and adjacent bathroom all on the first floor was fantastic for my wife and I, my mother in law, and our youngest. The third master bed/bath and another kids room with adjacent bath is upstairs, which was perfect for our two older kids. Our 8 year old son has autism, which meant that our Disney plans didn’t fully pan out as expected, however with the pool/hot tub, AMAZING arcade room, and the playground just two doors down the street made our stay amazing for not only him but our whole family. Bill and Donna are exceptional hosts and the work they’ve done to this house makes it hands down the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is new and updated!This was our fourth time staying at Windsor Hills over the last 8 years, but our first time at one of their properties. This house must be your go to if you’re traveling to the Orlando area, especially if you have multiple families or lots of kids. Also, the app that they give you access to has all kinds of detailed info about the house as well as recommendations for the surrounding area all available on your phone. No more old school guidebooks left on the coffee table for you to flip through. I cannot recommend the Windsor Treasure enough for your stay in the Orlando area!

Book it!! You will love it!!

This house is INCREDIBLE. There is so much space, it’s clean, decorated to the tee, stocked up with many things you need, in THE perfect location with THE most wonderful hosts!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience staying in someone’s vacation home. Bill and Donna truly care for their guests and are so incredibly attentive down to the very last personal details of your stay. The house is literally right by the biggest playground and such a short walk to the amazing waterpark!! Anytime I had a question about the house, area or literally anything, Bill answered me SO quickly, I was almost shocked ! It felt like they were right there with us anytime we needed them. The house is just the best - from the bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious, themed so adorably and beds so comfortable, to the out of this world game room that my kids (and the adults) wouldn’t leave!! Their pool and spa were sooo nice too (I only wish the spa heated up a little more but that may be my literal only piece of feedback lol). Seriously my only regret is not writing this review sooner for others to see. If you’re debating, don’t. BOOK IT NOW!!! You’ll make fantastic memories to last a lifetime in this house!!!!

They were all brand new just a few months ago, and we love that guests appreciate them. We're so happy your family enjoyed our new arcade room as well as our pool and spa. All of the arcade games are professional grade. We try to keep our pool between 85 and 87 degrees, and our spa between 102 and 104 degrees, and of course being south-facing that helps quite a bit since we get a lot of sun. Wonderful House, Fantastic Hosts, Great Location, Outstanding Trip!

Let’s talk about this beautiful home—what a gem! There was plenty of space for all of us, and the best part? Everyone had their own bathroom either in or right next to their room. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We made great memories in the game room (so fun!) and spent hours laughing and playing in the pool. Bill and Donna are truly exceptional hosts—they’ve thought of everything! Before our arrival, we received a guestbook that answered all those little questions you might have. It was incredibly helpful. We had a minor hiccup with the front door lock on the first evening, but a quick call to their house caretaker solved it. He was so kind and helpful—and even came by to retrieve the air hockey pucks that had gotten stuck! During our stay, there was a brief power outage, and Bill immediately checked in to make sure we were okay. That kind of attentiveness really goes above and beyond. We spent the week exploring Disney World and Universal Studios. The location of the home is perfect—just about 15 minutes to all the Disney parks and around 25 minutes to Universal. There’s a Walmart just up the road, which was our first stop for groceries and snacks. Fair warning: it’s a bit of a madhouse, kind of like going to Costco every time! Also, a quick shoutout to the reasonable gas prices—such a nice surprise! The nearby waterpark is within walking distance, and if you have little ones, the castle-themed park next door is adorable. We had an amazing trip and even planned a “down day” at the house just to relax and recharge (highly recommend!). We walked around 55 miles in six days—so yes, we fully embraced the ice cream and cold drinks! I would absolutely stay here again—or at any property hosted by Bill and Donna. Book it! You won’t regret it, and you’ll make memories that last a lifetime.

Between the basketball game, professional air hockey, dual Fast and Furious racing games, our immersive Pirates Adventure game, and of course Ms. Pacman and Galaga there is something for all ages. A Magical Stay Near Disney and Universal

Our recent stay in Florida surpassed all expectations, thanks to the incredible home we rented near Disney and Universal. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. Location-wise, this home couldn't have been more perfect. Its proximity to Disney and Universal made our theme park adventures convenient and stress-free. But what truly stole the show was the arcade room. It was next level entertainment, and the children were absolutely thrilled spending hours in there. The private pool and hot tub were a delightful bonus, providing relaxation and fun after a day of exploring. The home itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. Every detail had been meticulously thought out by our hosts, Bill and Donna, who were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They even allowed us an earlier check-in and offered a discount for an additional day when our flight was delayed. The grounds of the community were stunning, with amenities like the pool and waterslides adding to the overall enjoyment. The presence of security at the gates provided peace of mind, especially since I was traveling alone with my two children. Inside the home, every bedroom was a haven of comfort, with plush beds, abundant pillows, and wall-mounted TVs ensuring everyone had a cozy retreat. The ensuite bathrooms in three of the bedrooms felt like a luxury we didn't want to leave behind. Without a doubt, we'll be returning next year, and renting this home again is a no-brainer. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our entire family is already looking forward to our next magical stay.
