The house was great, located close to the beach. It had all the appliances we needed and plenty of space. Outdoor spaces were wonderful for family time spent playing games. The floors were a little dirty and when I put the deposit down a golf cart was included, but a previous renter violated the rules so it was not available for the next year. It was only me and my husband and our dog all week and we had one other guest for 2 nights. Overall a great stay!

The location was ok , just some minutes away from the beach and amenities.It had a good parking space.Unfortunately, the place was really dirty, there were clothes from the last guests in the bathroom (female underwear with used liners).The place needs a really good cleaning.

This is our second stay in this unit and just absolutely love it. It’s one of the few unit in OL with a ramp and stairs to get up top. We had a few issues but they were resolved in a reasonable time by the property manager. The layout and amount of room works out great for our family.

Great place for the price

We stayed here for a family vacation. There were 9 adults. There was plenty of room and the property manager was great to work with and responded quickly. We'd love to stay here again!

Love the ramp and layout!

The ramp was a blessing. I have bad knees and the ramp made it so easy to get in and out. The golf cart was a nice perk. Had a few issues that were addressed quickly by the super friendly property management. This is our new favorite stay. Thanks.

House in the trees

Nice house, but small living room. The kitchen was so well stocked that there wasn't room for our pantry food, and snacks. We ended up using the island for all that, which also houses the tv. The golf cart was a real bonus.

The parking was difficult, the house was filthy, the dryer had a terrible squeak and the tub was stopped up so bad we couldn’t use it. My husband did go and get supplies and was able to fix the plumbing. We have been staying in this campground for many years and this is by far the worst experience we have had with regards to the rental property. We were very embarrassed when our adult children came in with our grandchildren.

Family trip

The house was ok but in need of some maintenance. Air filter in AC return was covered in lint. Light over the stove was missing. Display on the oven did not work properly. Ceiling fan in queen bedroom downstairs did not work. We saw several huge roaches inside. Water filter on frig needed changing. Latch on the patio gate was broken. There was food items left in the kitchen when we arrived. This could be a great property if someone would do some general upkeep.

I chose this place as it was pet friendly and the ramp was perfect for my dog, the house was nice, my only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses as they were not very comfortable for any of us 7 adults other than that I would rent this home again.
