Home was clean and better equipped than any other vacation rental that we've stayed. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure that guests had everything they needed for the stay. The beer, wine, seltzer, soda and snacks were a nice touch!

The home was in excellent condition, beds were very comfortable. The owner left snacks and drinks in the fridge, which is amazing for a ling day of travel. Having beach chairs & equipment available to use was so handy. I highly recommend

Great experience

Wonderful hosts home was very inviting and had everything plus some that you could need. Great neighborhood very welcoming. There’s a great beach park nearby best part was the hosts they really went out of their way to make us comfortable. Perfect place for large families or friends. Thank you Eugene and Dan you are the best.

Great place!

Our family of 10 included 7 adults, one teen and two children. The house was perfect for us. We never felt crowded. The pool and boat were great as well! We appreciated the drinks and snacks being available when we arrived. It’s nice and peaceful on the canal and offers beautiful sunsets. We’re looking forward to returning!

Family Vacation

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at when visiting Florida for our yearly vacation. This year was a larger group with my brother and his family along with our elderly parents. The house was very clean and the communication with the owner and the boat guy was impeccable. The snacks and drinks were a great bonus. The best part of the vacation was the daily boat trips and a couple of sunset cruises. We will definitely be back!

Just back from a relaxing, fun stay at House With A Boat. Never stayed at a more well stocked vacation home! Beautifully decorated with layout that comfortably let us entertain 9 people. Loved having a personal pool and pontoon for our entire stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Punta Gorda is a fun pontoon ride across Alligator Bay to TT’s Tiki Bar or Fisherman’s Village. Many dolphin sightings too. Thanks for a wonderful time with our family!

Great house

We stayed at the newly remodeled house in April 2024. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The snacks and beverages was a really nice touch to make us feel welcome in the house. The pool was crystal clear at all times. The boat (starting to show its age in the interior) ran perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet, nice for leisure walks. Location was fine if looking for short rides to restaurants and bars.

Perfect vacation for boaters

The house was very clean and is well stocked with pretty much anything you will need for an enjoyable experience. It is updated and has a nice open floor plan. Bedrooms are spacious. Water pressure in the showers is perfect. The pool was clean and we did use the heater because it was just a bit too chilly being March. We're boaters so that was the reason we chose this particular house. The pontoon boat was nothing fancy but great for our family of 4. We did a lot of exploring in the harbor all week and found several beautiful spots. We did a bit of fishing as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Dan and Elena were very responsive when we reached out to them. The tv outside stopped working and Dan interrupted his day to bring out a working tv so we could watch the Phillies opener! They were fantastic! We would definitely recommend especially if you enjoy getting out on the water!

Great Home and Location

My family and I enjoyed this home very much. It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and my small dog without being crowded. Every bedroom has its own TV and a TV outside by the pool. There are 2 living areas with TVs as well. The property is located on a canal with easy access to deeper water for fishing and boating. Beaches are a short drive or boat ride away for those who want to go to the beach. No need to rent a boat since a boat is included in the cost of the stay at the home. That makes it easy to enjoy time on the water without having to find a place to put a boat in the water and take it out. We will rent from House With A Boat again.
