The Space:

Welcome to beachside bliss! Our updated and newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is located just 100 steps from the pristine sands of the Space Coast, and features a modern, beachy decor that will make you feel right at home.



The spacious living area includes plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests, as well as a flat-screen TV and a dining area that seats 4. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has been fully updated with a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo.



When you're not soaking up the sun on the beach, cool off in the community pool located just steps from the condo.

Our condo is ideally located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral. You'll be steps away from the beach and front-row seats to rocket launches. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with easy access to Orlando, you can enjoy theme parks and attractions. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
