Thank you, Vladimir, for sharing your detailed feedback. Delighted to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness, the balcony, and found the amenities to your liking, including the non-contact check-in and check-out. We apologize for the inconveniences faced during your stay. The leaking toilet, dirty carpets, and creaky bed are maintenance issues that are being addressed swiftly.
