The property was a beautifully remodeled home with all modern amenities. It was CLEAN which is my biggest pet peeve when using VRBO's. There was plenty of room for my entire family and trundles available for extra sleeping space. The neighborhood is going through some updates, and we had absolutely no issues and felt safe during our stay. Check in and out was smooth and easy. We will certainly book here again.

Great stay in Nac!

This home was a great stay for our family, including elderly grandparents, while we were in town for the weekend to watch the Lumberjacks Beach Volleyball Tournament. We will definitely consider booking another stay in the future.

House was very nice. Could use some instructions for checking out- no information available in the home. Communication was not good. Were told we could check in early if house was available but they didn’t unlock the door even though house was empty. Could not talk to owner just computer responses.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the house. We’re sorry the early check-in coordination didn’t meet your expectations and that our communication felt impersonal. We send checkout instructions one day before departure, and a real host is available to assist; we’re sorry that this wasn’t clear or easy to access during your stay. We’ll make the early-arrival process and how to reach our host clearer for future guests.

Pleasant stay

Nacogdoches is a charming little town. We had a pleasant stay for the 4th of July holiday. The home was clean, spacious and accommodating for our large family. We have 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children, and one toddler. The host was quick to respond to any request s or questions we had. This is a great place to stay and if you get a chance, take a walk on the trails!
