This cottage was perfect. It is charming, lovely accommodations, very clean, well appointed, and easy to communicate with hostess. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it suited 4 adults. It has a nice open living room with comfortable seating and large windows.

We had a wonderful stay at this small, clean, and comfortable cottage. The location was excellent—just 10-20 minutes from some amazing hiking trails, making it a great home base for exploring the area. The cottage was cozy and well kept, although the computer monitor used as the TV screen was quite small and could be upgraded for a more comfortable viewing experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We had a great time at the house. The host was wonderful, the location was perfect and the house/grounds were really inching and comfortable. Will definitely look to stay there again in the future!

The house was beautiful, exactly as pictured in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hickory Cottage. Quiet and peaceful, but plenty to do in the area.Host is friendly and very responsive.

Pleasant Stay in Accord

We had a fabulous stay at Judy's place. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was good. When we had an issue with the furnace, the owner went out of her way to correct the problem and ensured that we were comfortable. We would recommend this place.

Great house just as described! Super clean and cozy with essentials provided for a relaxing weekend away. The inside felt light and fresh with beautiful views of the fall foliage. Outside, we enjoyed coffee near the fire pit. The Japanese Maple tree was absolutely magnificent. The host was an excellent communicator and made everything easy from start to finish. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect little cottage

My teenaged son and I stayed at this immaculate cottage while he was working at a day camp and I was working remotely/playing golf locally. Judy was a great host with excellent communication who greeted us at check in. She was very helpful with questions about the property and suggestions for dining out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, the sitting area was spacious, and the bedrooms were also a nice size! The only suggestion would be for a larger TV in the sitting area. The location was ideal! Loved visiting New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park and Westwind Orchard!Judy was a great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Checking-In/out were very easy!Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Judy's cottage for a week in August. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. It was easy for us to make ourselves at home. We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and dryer, as well as the dishwasher. Sitting at the deck and enjoying the good weather on the patio left us with a great memory of our visit. Judy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We look forward to visiting again.

Escape to Serenity!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy immaculate home, even through an unexpected snow fall, we enjoyed the town of Kingston so much! Enjoyed the covered sidewalks so we could shop and found a delicious french bistro to have lunch!We left feeling so relaxed and peaceful, saw a family of deer right in the back yard before we left to go back to the city! Much nature surrounding the home, especially in the back with lots of windows to enjoy from the inside and a nice deck to sit outside when weather permits. Very thorough communications with owner, hopefully we will be back again soon!!

The house is perfect for two couples/families with slightly older kids than us (we had our toddler and used the second bedroom for her pack and play crib). The host was very communicative and flexible offering early check in and late check out as well as a portable crib. The house is located close to fun local activities. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, knives, basic seasonings, etc. The single portable AC did fine keeping us cool even on a 95F day w the ceiling fans going. There were a couple minor things wrong but did not detract from the stay. One was the fridge that the host let us know was working but leaking some water and was going to be repaired. Another was that I noticed the Weber grill was usable but one of the legs was rusted out. A couple doors were sticky/creaky. Overall though you can tell lots of work has gone into the house including a partially restored deck in the back. The screened patio doors allow you to open up to nature and let the refreshing breeze in.

Beautiful, calming, bright stay!

We loved staying here!! It was me, my husband, our friends who are a couple, and our small dog. The home & property are beautiful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, there were games & records to play. Loved watching the fireflies in the backyard. As Judy mentions, it’s well water, so there’s a sulfur smell/taste. We’re used to that so it wasn’t an issue, especially with the brita filter. If you have a dog who’s used to walking, just a heads up that there aren’t sidewalks. The yard is not fenced in, but the house is far back from the road. Can’t recommend this spot enough, would stay again (and for longer next time, we hope!).

We love this place, this is the third time we have been there and every time the property was very clean and an enjoyable relaxing time to unwind. The host is very accommodating and that’s very important to us. Next time we are in the area we will be staying there again!!
