Such a cute cabin, equipped with everything. Very close to everything including Eagle nest lake. Loved seeing the deer and turkey. Definitely would recommend and will come stay again. Cabin was clean, beds were comfy.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the space made us feel right at home the minute we walked in the door. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would happily book again! I have to say the beds were extremly comfortable and I am picky about that.

This was one of the most well-appointed VRBOs we've ever had! The host has thought of everything, making our experience very cozy and comfortable.A well-thought-out guidebook is provided.The cabin was easy to find. All descriptions on the site are accurate.If you travel with your fur baby, Doggo will be very happy!

Love this property! Very clean and well kept. The kitchen is definitely fully stocked with everything you need. The area was very peaceful with wildlife everywhere! My kids loved see all the deer and turkey every morning and evening. The special touch with notes from the owner made us feel like family! Just a great place to stay!

Medallion Cabin was a comfortable home-away-from home. It had everything we needed and was even decorated for the season (Thanksgiving). I especially appreciated the bottle of wine and red/green salsas! How thoughtful to do that for your guests! We loved the area, hiking all over between Cimarron, Red River, Angel Fire, and Taos. This cabin is perfectly situated and less than 30 min to each of those places. We will stay here again within the next year.
So many deer!
My dachshund found his favorite chair and stayed quite warm!

The night sky is filled with all the stars you can’t see in the city.

The inside of the cabin is very nice and it is very well stocked with all the cooking ameneties you could ask for. The BBQ grill is almost brand new and worked great. The Master Bath is great with a really nice walk in shower and top/bottom Washer/Dryer. The second bathroom toilet did not work initially, but the maintenance person came by the next day and fixed it. There are no lake views of Eagle Nest lake as it is back in the woods behind other cabins, but you are close to Eagle Nest Lake - less than 3 miles from the marina area. There are chairs out front and back and a picnic table. There are TVs in each of the two living areas and basic WiFi. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Annual Fishing Trip

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Perfect accomodation for 3 fisherman. After spending the days on the lake and the river catching trout and pike, this was a perfect place to cook our catch and relax with a nice bourbon while watching the deer and turkey graze in the front yard, Comfortable beds and all the needed accomodations. We plan on coming back every year.

Don't let the 1st impression as you drive up fool you. The inside is immaculate and very cozy, but not in a small way. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 living areas. The place was absolutely spotless! The knotty pine floors and walls were well done and the furniture/decorations went well for a total package. It is located between the town of Eagle Nest and the Angel Fire Resort area. Very relaxing and comfortable!

Grill

Wished we had a grill. I know we stayed mid April couldn't cook steaks out. Also need a cast iron skillet in case no grill. To sear the steaks and cook in oven. Other than that perfect place. Enjoyed the deer ever day and night
