Room was clean. Location was amazing! Rob was easy to communicate with! The air isn't the coolest in the room so if you need to be cool at night I suggest bringing a fan with you!

Excellent vacation experience. Great view, clean nicely decorated. Everything we needed plus. I would suggest a new shower faucet. The door was difficult to open but I’m sure that is weather related. The building maintenance needs to ensure to keep the elevator working as carrying our stuff down from the 3rd floor was not pleasant in the heat. Host was very responsive.

Weekend Getaway

This was actually my first Vrbo stay, I was pleasantly surprised, the view was exactly what we wanted. We went for my daughter’s 34th birthday… we had a great time. The place was super clean and well maintained.

Excellent, quaint to stay. Space was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Will be looking to stay again. Oh, and Adam’s Egg downstairs was an extra bonus!

Daytona Beach Rockville Weekend

We arrived late at night and the check in was still super easy. The unit itself was absolutely spotless and was the perfect size for a 4 day stay. The location is a little ways from the busy areas which made for some nice quiet evenings. On the chance I return to Daytona Beach, I would absolutely stay again!

Nice little place

Room was nice and clean. Instructions for check on were easy. We were there for Rockville and didn't have an issue with parking like other properties we have stayed at.

Rob and Sue are truly exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive to every question and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their place is absolutely spectacular—especially the breathtaking views. The studio itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you’re staying for one night or an entire month. It felt like a little slice of paradise. I would return in a heartbeat and hope to stay again next year.

The beach is still being repaired from storm damage but did have access ... the water pressure and no private balcony was really only complaints and those were not really a big deal. Overall nice little place for the price

Nice weekend getaway

This is a nice location. Listing is on point for amenities and conditions of property. We had a get view for all the jeeps on the beach. If you want to sit on the patio, I suggest bringing your own bar height chairs. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property.

Quaint Condo

It was very nice. The decor has a very beachy feel. Very clean. Right on the beach. Nice pool. Very close to Ocean Center which worked for us for the National College Cheer Competition.

Visiting old friends

It was a pleasant stay, the ocean jewel is old and overall needs updated. Our condo was updated and very clean. This isn’t our first time here. We knew what to expect.

Would book again

The listing was accurate. The location was set back off the main road and very peaceful. Having the pool was nice when wanting to get away from the beach. Everything we needed was available in the unit. Easy parking and easily able to come and go without lots of traffic. While on the beach a nice mile or little less to walk to some restaurants and the pier.

Very Clean & Good Location

Location was good and unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was small so difficult to use for a bigger person. Heating unit made lots of noise throughout the night. The humidifer hose went from top of refrigerator into the kitchen sink.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beach as well as pool had a great view from inside window and chairs on the patio. Nice warm pool as well as cooler one if desired. Rob was welcoming as well as accessible as needed. Thanks for b the stay.
