A great place to unwind and enjoy the mountain air. Beautiful cabin with wildlife decor, lots of room for a family or just 2. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, nice decks on back were great to relax and watch the deer below. We look forward to another stay !!

The recent stay offered a truly peaceful retreat surrounded by the beauty of nature. It was wonderful to observe the local wildlife and enjoy such a serene atmosphere. The proximity to necessary amenities provided a perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. Every aspect of the accommodation was maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. The communication received was both timely and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit.

My family and I loved the property. The cabin was very homey and the view was magnificent. I loved sitting on the deck with my coffee enjoying the scenery. I will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful cabin in a great location. It was quiet and peaceful. No near neighbors made you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere, but it was close to a main road and only a few minutes from town.

We were so comfortable in the cabin! We had another family staying with us and it felt like we each had our own little apartment and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had what we needed to be able to cook during our stay and the surroundings are beautiful, quiet, and serene. The host was available and quick to respond and seemed very kind.

Everything we needed

This property was well cared for and very comfortable. Super easy check in and check out which was great for a quick overnight stay. Absolutely beautiful area!

Great place!

We stopped for a quick overnight stay and it was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast and slept great. Great spot to relax. Very comfortable furniture and stocked well with towels and kitchen supplies. Thanks for letting us stay!

We have rented this house a couple times along with the farmhouse next door. Steven is always in contact with you during your trip. They had an ice storm before our arrival and he made sure everything was safe for when we got there.

The layout and available appliances were great, including coffee maker, blender, and grill.I recommend having an instruction sheet for the TV and making all beds with a top sheet in addition to a fitted sheet and comforter.

Wonderful

Wow! This is an amazing place, my 11 year old daughter liked it more than the house we stayed at in wintergreen last year, which was very nice! All of the appliances were state of the art, she really enjoyed drawing on the screen on the fridge. Steven was an amazing host, very kind and responsive! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect getaway!

Fiddler’s Cabin is such a great place! Check-in was super easy. Since we were going to be arriving late; Steven left lights on so it wouldn’t be so dark when we arrived. The cabin has a very cozy and rustic feel but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids loved drawing on the smart refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the decks were breathtaking. Our host, Steven, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come visit again!

This. Place. Is. Awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing location far from civilization. Great place to go to unplug. I wish we would have had more time to spend there but we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Whether you want to do your best impersonation of Henry David Thoreau or get back to basics with the kids you cannot go wrong with this property. The owner is a really nice guy as well.
