Hosting these 2 is one of the best reasons I really enjoy being a VRBO host. They enjoyed the home, keeping it very nice and tidy. We shared stories and became friends. I hope to see them again.

This guest was a learning experience. I’m grateful to those that appreciate value and the hard work my team and I put towards maintaining a clean and cozy home for all to enjoy. I have made small adjustments to my description to make very clear the Couple’s Spacious Master is within a 3 bedroom unit of a duplex home with the other unit being below this listing. It has always mentioned the lower unit is occupied by owner and to be mindful of foot noise. I’ve enjoyed the 8 years of hosting with zero complaints about cleanliness having all provisions met. All have been happy guests. Any feedback is appreciated and consideration taken respectfully. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced a recent guest who tried to take advantage of me with bullying and threats to get a full refund. I was open to constructive criticism taking action to make detailed adjustments; but was not willing to accept threats, bullying and demands for a full refund under those conditions.
