This property was amazing for my family of 16. The location to attraction was just enough distance. The pool and game room kept the kids busy. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay and during. The only concern was the cleaniless upon arrival. The floors were dirty, the cupboards had crumbs through them and the silver in the drawer were dirty. I would recommend this property to everyone even if was not clean.

Plenty of room and great location. Well stocked kitchen. Good size pool! Only complaint would be the sofas need to be replaced, but everything else was great! Had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed all the conveniences of this cabin!

Unbelievable property. Great views. Very accessible to to the national park and Pigeon Forge activities.The property itself had everyone one could ask for for short stay. We had 14 including kids in our party. We stayed for three days over the July 4th weekend.The sunset is beautiful. Rooms are well stocked with the basics. The EV charger for the car came in handy.Reuben was very prompt in his response to our queries. Lovely experience overall.

Our stay at the cabin was awesome. Can’t say enough about Ruben. Communicated very well addresed all our needs and questions fast. The cabin was beautiful great location to all attractions. Very clean and well maintained will definitely do a return visit. I had my whole family there all 17 of us and had plenty of room. Lots to do for everyone swimming gaming watching movies

Wow! We loved the cabin! All of our loved everything about it. It was clean, spacious and everything you needed for a group of eighteen family members. With ages from one to sixty eight. The view is spectacular. Unfortunately we did not see any bears. Although a neighbor showed me a picture of one they saw twice. Ruben was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. We are hoping to try to come back in a couple years.

Great place amazing view

The house was perfect for our family of 18. The view from all three levels of the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay again! Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

The host was very responsive to questions. The cabin was very clean and well equipped for the number of guests it would accommodate. We only had 13 people but the cabin would sleep 20 and I could see it accommodating that number well as we were very comfortable in the space!

We loved the location, cabin and amenities. Also very much appreciated the attentiveness to the problems…the air conditioning being out in the beginning and the leak in the movie room.

Awesome place with amazing view close to everything!

Perfect place to stay with large group, had everything we needed. It had lots of games, a huge movie room, pool, hot tub, decks with rocking chairs, completely stocked kitchen, and tilts of space for everybody. Also, plenty of parking and close to everything. It was all updated and clean too, can’t wait to stay again!

Two family stay

More than adequate space for 15 adults and 3 children. Parking holds 6 vehicles. Hot tub a little small but useable. Kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall great value for the price.

Wonderful view!

I wanted a cabin that would be appropriate for 6 different families. This excelled everything i expected. There was plenty to do without having to go out and spend money. We had an 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal and we did it right at the cabin. The views was amazing. We would love to stay here in the future with our family again.

My family enjoyed the amenities and loved there time there and would return again. My family enjoyed the amenities and loved there time there and would return again. My overall opinion is that there were enough beds for everyone in my party. There were amenities that turned out to be a real plus from the standpoint of the teens in the group. The TV viewing room, pool table,and other games that even the adults remembered (Pac-Man) was fun also. When I arrived and wanted to enter the pool area found it a bit intimidating, given the safety feature attached, but did manage to figure it out with the owners help. When we entered the pool area noted a concern, which 1/2 way through our time there, found out the pool filter was not running but then rectified. The kitchen held a significant amount of dinnerware and kitchenware, plus two frigs. However there was a poor presentation of cookware. The pan's did not look useful. I purchased new cookware to cover. We brought our own grill so did not use that outside the cabin. Thank you.
