Adagiato pacificamente sulle rive del fiume Vermilion, Bayou Rose attende la vostra visita al bellissimo quartiere storico di Abbeville. Il nostro cottage privato per soli adulti si trova nel cuore del Paese Cajun con i nostri numerosi festival e ristoranti di pesce. Un'atmosfera tranquilla e serena dove si possono osservare le anatre e le chiatte mentre scendono lungo il fiume. Ascoltare i suoni confortanti degli uccelli che cantano o le campane delle chiese che suonano dal fiume mentre sorseggiate il caffè del mattino sulla veranda o sul molo privato con vista sul fiume.

I servizi completi includono saponi aromaterapici, un cesto in omaggio con una varietà di prodotti per la colazione continentale per tutta la durata del soggiorno, caffè, latte, succo di frutta e acqua sono gratuiti. E non dimentichiamo una porzione gratuita di Cajun BOUDIN! Cucina la tua colazione Cajun nella tua cucina completamente attrezzata con accesso a una griglia per barbecue con vista sul fiume Vermilion.

Il nostro cottage privato con una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale in camera da letto e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Vasca e doccia full size complete di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il detersivo è gratuito. Il soggiorno e la cucina hanno una vista dal pavimento al soffitto del fiume Vermilion. Aria e calore centralizzati, ventilatori a soffitto rendono il nostro cottage confortevole tutto l'anno.

Siamo a 15 minuti da Lafayette, a 90 minuti da Baton Rouge, a 2 1/2 ore da New Orleans, rendendo le gite di un giorno facili. Vieni e goditi i tanti ottimi ristoranti nella nostra pittoresca cittadina e i numerosi festival che non finiscono mai.

Arrivare in veicolo, aereo o nave. Bei tempi sul bayou ti aspettano al Bayou Rose. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

This was our second stay at Bayou Rose, and we will return! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable little cottage with the perfect porch for rocking while you sip your coffee (or wine!), this is it. The kitchen is well-equipped, and Ann is very attentive. It’s just like staying with family, but you have the place to yourself!

40th Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I had a weekend to spend here at Anne and Mike’s little house. We’ve rented these types of B&B’s many times. I can say this, you won’t find any house more stocked up than this one. If you’re looking for something you need and can’t find it, you’re not looking hard enough. A fantastic place. Food, culture, atmosphere and beauty, it’s all here. Great host and a great place. Two regrets. Didn’t go sooner and didn’t stay longer.

Lovely Getaway

Having been there 5 times, this is a perfect getaway and place to unwind and kick back. You can do as much or as little as you want. Hosts are super! Very considerate and leave the best treats! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Hospitality!

Anne and Mike made us feel like we were staying with family during our stay at the cabin for a family wedding. They had breakfast items and a warm welcome for us The cabin was spotless, and the view of the bayou from the porch and dock were spectacular and oh so peaceful. Our highest recommendation!

Vows on the Vermillion

Anne, our host was so easy to talk to and made our stay very welcoming with mini pecan pies, cinnamon bread and a personal welcome note! I stayed one night with the bride to be and then the newly married couple enjoyed the rest of the weekend. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed plus so many unexpected extras. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed our time on the back porch and deck. The cottage is filled with local art, but very tastefully done giving the cottage so much character. I highly recommend giving this little hideaway a chance, there is so much more than the pictures online. RELAXING Bayou Rose is what I've decided to call it

Beautiful and Cozy Cottage

We loved our stay here. It was incredibly cozy and has such a beautiful view of the river. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a homey and relaxing place to stay in the area.

Beautiful cozy spot on the Bayou!

We enjoyed our stay and Anne and Mike were so responsive and kind. The house was clean and well stocked, the owners make it to where you don’t need to bring anything! Very relaxing spot to get away to. Highly recommend!!

Charming and perfect

After a business trade show was cancelled in FL due to Hurricane Helene, we took the opportunity to visit friends in Louisiana. We were recommended this cottage and our friends were right - it was perfect. The hostess and host were perfect, the town of Abbeville charming, and sitting by the river in perfect weather absolutely what we needed. We proceeded to eat our way through southern LA - Dupuys - everything, Suires (try the etouffe and the pecan pie), French Press in Lafayette - try the french toast - not to mention the delicious treats left by Anne. Oh don't forget to take some boudin and green onion sausage home with you from one of the many meat/sausage places.

Cozy cottage

The cottage is just precious and perfect for a get away from everyday life! The highlight for us was the porch which faces the Vermilion River, the perfect place to sit peacefully and enjoy the local wildlife. We also really enjoyed meeting the owners!

Cajun Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bayou Rose! Anne is an exceptional hostess with so much attention to detail and extra special touches that make you feel so welcomed. The cottage is very peaceful and serene that sits on a beautiful property overlooking the Vermillion River. The cottage was very clean, and Anne provided numerous complimentary items to make the stay so easy. The boudin and pork rinds were a big hit! There are several local restaurants nearby, we highly recommend Dupuy's, that offer the true Cajun fare. Can't wait to make a return trip and visit with Anne again!

Fantastic Getaway

This is our fourth trip to this fabulous cottage. The hosts are great about giving ideas of what to do and great places to dine. But, just sitting on the back porch gazing at the bayou is super relaxing and gives a person a chance to chill and rewind.

A pretty cottage on the banks of the vermillion

Beautifully decorated cottag with a local cajun flair. Anne the hostess was very friendly and responsive. It was our second visit there and if we return to the area we will stay there again.

Wonderful time we had exploring the sites that the Rose B&B owners suggested we see in their neck of the Bayou . The restaurants and discovery areas of local history were outstanding. Enjoyed the host’s hospitality immensely.

It was amazing. My husband and I have been traveling to different states to learn more about the real American cultures, history, and lifestyle. The little rosé cottage is the best so far. The owners Mrs. Ann and Mr Mike are supper nice. They were always willing to give us information on what to eat, things to do in Abbeville plus if the town was hosting any events they let us know. The cottage was extremely clean.

Absolutely Divine

Ann and Mike are top notch hosts. The little house is great. We will definitely be back when its cooler. That way we can sit outside on porch and enjoy the view. You will not regret staying here.

Home away from home

Anne and Michael were amazing hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed. They were right next door to us and made it clear to contact them if we needed ANYTHING! Anne was also like a second mother to us young adults who made sure we were safe when we were exploring Louisiana and even before our vacation started and once we were on our way home as well!

It was great to have a sweet little place to rest and relax. We also toured Jefferson and Avery Island, went on a swamp tour, and ate great food. All of this at the recommendations of Anne and Mike. They treated us to delicious snacks as well. They go above and beyond as hosts!❤️

Finding myself

My experience was lovely, the place felt like home. I received fresh cinnamon bread, and pecan tarts. There is nothing like Cajun Country. This plave was very unique and inviting. Loved it. 😍

Comfortable

The pictures of the Bayou Rose do not do it justice. It was larger than what I imagined from the pictures. It was very comfortable with lots of amenities. I loved the location, in town, close to restaurants, set back from the road and on the river. Very quiet and relaxing. My wife and I stayed for a week and found lots to do from nature hikes, festivals, museums, and even golf. I loved having Anne and Mike near by. They where very friendly and helpful. Fabulous Place

This is our third visit to the Bayou Rose as it is in a wonderful location with fabulous hosts. We felt totally immersed into the Cajun way of life. The cottage is as cute as it can be and the porch a wonderful place to watch wildlife and relax
