Awesome get away!! The landscape was beautiful and serene, as the fish swam and the herons flew, which created an awesome environment. The home was clean and spacious, opportunities to spend time in the sunroom, on the porch or the yard to relax. Errilyn was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to the retreat. Was inquired about the property by other attendees and we are looking to reserve again in the near future.

Very nice place to stay. We were a wedding party and had more than enough space! Yard and property were beauty and great views. The host was very communicative and gracious.

Beautiful home, peaceful surroundings, and spacious rooms awaited me and my 17 family members! The house was exactly what we needed so we could attend my niece’s wedding nearby. Highly recommended this home and the host.

Wonderful home. As Beautiful a property as the pictures show. Had everything we needed. Great location to easily get to anywhere in the area or to go into Jacksonville.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful home on an incredible amount of land. The kids had so much fun and the adults appreciated the space away from neighbors and other distractions. The kids played outside the entire time. The host was very nice and communicated well with us to make us feel right at home.

Wedding Trip to Callahan

Beautiful house and beautiful grounds. Nice views of the lake. Could spend hours enjoying the view from the front porch. Great kitchen and common areas. The host was gracious and accommodating and responded to every message within minutes. Highly recommended.

Our three day stay was amazing from beginning to the end. The house was perfect for our family in every way. My family and I decided to pay for an extra night and the those was delighted to allow us stay. This rental was very clean and so spacious inside and outside. Thank you to the host who help make this one of the most memorable family vacations ever.

Just fit our needs

We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other.

A Vacation Within a Vacation

Errilyn was a fantastic host. She was very responsive to a few questions that arose during check-in. I could not have expected more from a host. This was a beautiful home that was quiet and peaceful. There were plenty to do and activities that kept my entire family entertained eventhough we had other plans. We enjoyed ourselves so much, that the family would love to return just to stay there and enjoy the house, activities and fish. It is a large home with plenty of space. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

Needed updating

The home was nice. Definitely needed to be updated. Doorknobs were broken on a few doors. A lot of lightbulbs were out throughout home( we replaced a few while there). Beds upstairs were uncomfortable. No towels were in upstairs bath for the 3 bedrooms.

Large Home Perfect for large groups!

Amazed at the size of this home! Plenty of room for everyone. The game room is awesome. The pond is awesome, bring ya poles! The hostess is amazing! She left a few fishing poles for us to use. My son was getting married and I mentioned that to her. She left them a small gift and we all couldn't have appreciated it more. Suggestion only Place towels and wash cloths in all full bathrooms. If you need to relax this is the place to do it! If you have a big family, this is the place to bring them. The only neighbor was a goose and a few deer. Again the host is awesome with communication!

This was the perfect location for my group. We were seeking something a bit secluded, spacious enough to comfortably fit a group of 10, and close to shopping and dining. This place fit the bill perfectly! The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were able to do some fishing and caught some nice bass. I'd definitely stay again when in the Jacksonville area.
