ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE, INQUIRE WITHIN. This Cozy Intercoastal Retro Bungalow is in the Beautiful Million Dollar Island Community of Seven Isles in Fort Lauderdale and is a rare find in this luxurious neighborhood of micro-mansions.

Big enough to comfortably host up to 6 guests, this home features 2 Bedrooms & 2.5 Baths, enclosed air-conditioned Sunroom, Laundry room, Private Driveway parking, Complimentary Wi-Fi, and 24HR Keyless entry.

Home layout:
• Guest Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds, which can be converted into King if needed (prior notice is required), and walk-in closet.
• Full bathroom - Located in Hallway and features bathtub.
• Master Bedroom - Queen Bed, Roku TV & Cable, and private Full Bath with bathtub.
• Living Room features a large cozy couch big enough to host 1 additional guest, (air mattress also available).
• Wet half bath located in Laundry Room.

Airy Backyard features, Dining Area, Propane BBQ, Spacious Pool, Lounge Chairs, and Fire Pit. It is the perfect place for a cookout and relaxing around the pool on a warm sunny day or fishing off of the dock. It is also completely fenced so your dog can fully enjoy the backyard.

Please note: Private Dock is currently occupied by the owners’ 40' boat until end of year. Guests receive prior notice if the boat requires maintenance, and the technician visits the property on average once or twice per month.

We are fully dedicated to our Guests and do everything within our power to make sure that our guests have the best experience. We work closely with the owners and are available 24/7 by phone/text/email.

Important Booking Requirements & Information:
- Strict 25 Booking Age Requirement. Please do not proceed with booking if you do not meet this requirement.
- Please read listing description in its entirety by clicking on "Show more >" or "View more". We also require all guests with no prior reviews to confirm that they meet and are in agreement with our house rules.
- Maximum Vacations require the person who places the booking to be the person staying at the Property. 3rd party bookings/subletting is NOT allowed. Guests will be subject to immediate Eviction if Management receives a complaint on a falsified booking.
- Home has front, side and back yard cameras that are only referred to in case there is a complaint/emergency or incident only. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction.
- Nightly rate is strictly for 4 Guests Max. 2 Additional guests/visitors (regardless of sleepover) allowed for an additional fee for a total of a 6 Person Max, prior Management approval required. A $25/person per night fine will apply.
- Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required; they will call us/authorities with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests.
- 24HR Keyless Entry. Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 10am. Early Check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to housekeeping availability and have an additional fee determined depending on the time.
- Cleaning Fee is for the home cleaning performed after your departure, not during. During your stay cleanings are available for an extra fee.
- Absolutely NO smoking inside home, windows/doors are to remain closed if smoking outside. A $100-$200 fine applies if home smells of smoke.
- Windows can be opened if desired, we only ask that the a/c be turned off. Guests are required to keep all windows & doors closed when the a/c system is ON. Windows/Doors are to be kept closed/locked while property is unoccupied.
- Pets allowed with Management prior authorization. Pet fee applies for all except Certified Service Animals (proper credentials are required). A picture and proof of vaccinations are also required. Owners are to pick up after their pets, an additional cleaning fee may apply if yard is left excessively dirty. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Pools are cleaned regularly on a weekly basis, occasionally heavy rains and strong winds will dirty the pools prior to guest arrival. An extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional cost to guests of $30. Also note that the pool cleaning does not include removing iguana mess from around the deck area.
- BBQ Propane refills are to be handled by guests. Empty tanks are to be taken to the nearest provider and swapped for a full tank, receipts to be texted to management for a refund.
- TV input & cables are to be left in the same way they were found, if a game console is used, please make sure all settings are set back to default prior to departure.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of all their trash before their departure. It is also important that guests be vigilant of garbage pick-up days to avoid an accumulation of waste. Guests will be required to take out or bring in waste/recycle bins as needed according to schedule. City imposed trash violations are possible and will be charged back to guests.
- Guests are allowed to have packages delivered during their stay but Maximum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Baby play pen & highchair available for$5/night rental fee, prior notice required for arranging delivery.
- White binder named "Information Booklet" located in home provides Wi-Fi details and all other specifics regarding weekly services, such as pool cleanings, or landscaping.
- Extensions will be processed at the original nightly rate.
- We provide one set of toiletries per bathroom, the beds are dressed in fresh linens and blankets, fresh bath towels and pool towels (if applicable), 1 full bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 paper towel, 1 full bottle of hand soap per sink, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 trash bags per bin, and a few laundry detergent pods.
- Airbnb bookings do not require a security deposit. VRBO & Direct Maximum bookings additionally require a $1000 security deposit on the renters’ credit card which will be processed one (1) day prior to arrival.
- VRBO & Direct Maximum bookings have a 3% credit card processing fee, (3.5% for Amex), 25% deposit required, and balance due 1 month prior to arrival. VRBO bookings require a picture of the C.C. to verify cardholders name matches booking name.
- Maximum/VRBO/TripAdvisor bookings also require guest to sign our standard rental contract, a picture I.D., and a picture of the credit card (only showing name & last 4 numbers of the card).

Trip for wedding
This was a very convenient location to Ft Lauderdale beach and the restaurants on Las Olas. We were here for wedding. Rental was very nice for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the very walkable location. Property manager Catherine was great to work with! Thank you Catherine. Highly recommend working with Maximum Properties if you are looking to book in Ft Lauderdale.
