The property was clean and comfortable. It was just as the pictures were online. The check in process was great. Only thing I can think of that was a little hectic was parking. With new construction happening across the street the streets packed most of the time and the street were narrow. Because we had a bigger vehicle we could not use the garage but that had no effect on the property owners and how excellent they were. Will stay again.

The location is across from a construction site, the stairs are long and not ideal for young kids and the basic amenities for cooking, and cleaning were not provided, even after making multiple requests. Overall the place felt cheaply built and not worth the money.

Birthday get away

The location is wonderful. All the rooms where beautifully decorated. Loved the open kitchen. It gave us some much space to be together and enjoy meals. Uber/lyft was easy to access. Parking in the garage was the only thing that confused me at check in. We ended up parking on the street with no problemss and the neighbors were lovely

Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m glad you enjoyed the beautiful rooms and open kitchen — it’s great to hear it made your birthday getaway special. Sorry for any confusion with the garage parking, but happy the street parking worked out easily and the neighbors were friendly. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Allen was an outstanding host! He is always quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was exactly what we needed for our family. It is very convenient to downtown Nashville in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has plenty of room and the appliances are easy to use and very convenient. Having the easily accessible garage made it so nice to park the car and unload luggage and groceries in the cold weather this past week! A one-of a kind, 5 star home! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Nashville!

Beautiful property but stairs are a bit steep and elevator wasn't available. Something to be aware of if you have people with limited mobility in your party so may also limit usage of rooftop

This is a good property in a good location. There were some deficiencies, but the host heard our concerns, and I believe they will address them for future guests. Heavy construction across the street not disclosed, roof top furniture not in usable condition, not a five star stay but a very gracious host.
