Located just north of downtown, in Lower Queen Anne, Alexan 100 is a unique apartment community made for Seattle. And you. Just blocks from the waterfront to the west, and the Seattle Center to the east, you’ll find yourself in the perfect spot to explore the city on foot, bicycle or however you choose.
We are excited to welcome you to Landing!
Landing requires that all guests pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check. For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN to run a soft credit check on the primary guest. Once you book, we’ll share a secure link for you to access our screening process.
