It was perfect for our family of 4. We did a quick weekend getaway to see the Autumn colors and we couldn't have been more pleased. We loved the location, the property, the amenities, and everything about it.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. 10 minutes to purgatory and then kids could swim in the afternoon/evening. Everything was clean and expected. Only thing we missed was a dishwasher but due to the size of the kitchen understandable there isn’t one. Would stay here again.

This place had everything we needed and then some, clean, spacious and the view out the window was spectacular. Definitely coming back next year.!!

Room was nice and clean. The Valley Course and on-site restaurant's were great. We will be back.

Family hiking getaway

Wonderful weekend stay. We loved the ease of check in and out. Comfortable beds, couches, all amenities really. I think we played every vinyl. Location was perfect. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Loved this unit!!

Very cute and cozy condo. Well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for our family. We loved playing the Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza card game supplied by the owners. Having access to 2 pools was nice, my youngest loved being able to swim without too many people in the pool.

The Alpine Line was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at out of our many ski vacations! It was updated, clean, and had high quality finishes from the bathroom to the kitchen pots and pans, to the upstairs loft. It was in a beautiful location and convenient to both Purgatory ski resort and Durango! The kitchen was surprisingly stocked for everything you’d need for a small meal, and the pots, pans, utensils and mugs seemed to be brand new. The Kuerig was a huge plus as well! The living room was very cozy with a huge tv and large table. We really can’t complain about a single thing. We’d definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some of the dishes were dirty (looked like cocoa powder on several utensils and dried food that was not removed). It would be nice to have a smaller table that doesn’t take up so much room. The room has no place to store clothes except on the fronts of doors. Couldn’t sit anywhere because suitcases were on the couch.
