While regional wildfires create challenging conditions outside of our control, we always strive for a spotless environment. We routinely wipe down all outdoor cushions, but we are actively increasing our cleaning frequency during active fire seasons to better combat the drifting ash and dust. Hi Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply apologize that your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and comfort. We take safety and hygiene very seriously. Your comments regarding the bathtub has been shared with our housekeeping teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. The stairs have been reported to the Mary's Lake HOA, as they are responsible for those. Regarding the temperature, there is a fan in each bedroom closet to help with circulation. We actively advertise this unit as having no central ac, so that there is no confusion. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.
