Clean and perfect for my annual beach trip with my mom. And being on the first floor is amazing! You can walk from the room to a spot on the beach in under 2 minutes! Loved it and hope you stay again.

Very good location. Easy access to the beach. The view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Did not have to contact the host. Room was clean and great for just the 2 of us. Enjoyed our time on the balcony. It was big and spacious with right number of chairs(4). Hope to go back.

We had an amazing time, everything was amazing. I do have one Request maybe when reserving the room advise where and how to use the beach chairs as we went and bought some as the link we used wanted us to pay. Also add the check in time on there but all and all would rent again! Amazing all the way around!

Super clean - so high ratings for this property were spot on! Communications were thorough and timely. Convenience of this property was excellent - from parking to 1st floor location to beach access and chairs being so close. The view from the balcony couldn’t have been better.

Balcony has a perfect view of the beach and is a very short walk to the water. King bed was really comfortable. Bathrooms were more than adequate and my husband loved having his own bathroom! Kitchen was a little small but perfect for just 2 people. Overall it was a wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much- exactly as advertised— super convenient to the beach and pool! Our bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean and felt like home - definitely coming back

Our room had the best view. Just needs more kitchen utensils like baking pans and new skillet. Would be nice to have bowls too . The couch and recliner are in need of cleaning and do smell . We loved the room and location and would definitely recommend it and will hopefully return . Oh .. needs a new mattress!!

When you check in its misleading on which gate to enter they should tell you the main gate we tried the codes at the gate by our condo and a owner gave us the horn and stink eye that we should know not very nice after driving 500 miles.Also the gate codes are worn out coming and going from beach everyone was struggling with that but the stay on the beach was nice I would stay again now that I know threw trial and error.

Great Views!

Another great condo at Edgewater. We love staying at Leeward/Winward in Edgewater. All levels have great views, and the beach is right there with easy access. Loved that beach service was included with this stay!

Just steps to the beach!

Perfect for 4, it is small but we just needed somewhere to sleep. You are on the lowest floor & it's just steps to the beach. Beach is not crowded like the towers and a plus you get 2 chairs & an umbrella during your stay week!

We loved being on the first floor we had a great view . It was quiet on our end and not crowded on the beach in front of the condo. We loved that we didn’t have to go up but one floor from ground on elevator. Access to the beach was right there. The pool was a couple of steps away.

Great location

We had family staying at Ocean Towers, so this was the perfect location for us. The view was gorgeous! The tram/ golf carts to take you around the property was very nice. The condo was great, it had everything we needed, although I would bring my own toilet paper if I stayed again. The only downside was that we found someone else’s socks in the fold out couch and one of the dishes was dirty. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Front row seat with God

I so much enjoyed the peace of the ocean from the beach and my balcony. The sunsets were AWESOME. I never felt so close to God as I did on this trip. It was beautiful. God IOU! Thanks much!
