The property was very clean and had a beautiful view of the bay! Location is perfect, quiet, and an easy drive to the beaches.

Arnica Bliss was an excellent choice for our large family to be on the water with our boats and enjoy all aspects of the area. We had a couple small hiccups with a mini split drain they were working on while checking in and a indoor AC unit that someone had removed the drain hose from so it was draining onto the master bedroom floor, but it was handled quickly. We will definitely stay again in the future as the property as a whole is really nice, somewhat secluded, quiet area and fit our needs perfectly. The new pier was so nice to hang out on, swim from and set our crab trap. The cleaning station came in handy for flounder we gigged right out of the back door in the shallow bay. Awesome overall experience!

We stayed for 8 days. On first day we reported issues to host. We rented this place only for the fishing dock with lights. The lights and plugs were not working on dock or exterior of house. We were unable to use the dock at night as planned. They refused to send someone to open a padlocked door with breaker in it until the 8th day when we were leaving.Also the downstairs bedroom has bedbugs!! My wife and I are ate up with bites.My wife went to her doctor when we got home and he confirmed they were bed bud bug bites. When I notified Anaya at the property rental company she basically said that the doctor was wrong and didn’t know what he was looking at. She said they had a pest control come check within 2 hours of notification on a Saturday! (We were Already gone). They couldn’t come unlock a door for a breaker panel for 8 days but can get an exterminator there within hours on a Saturday!! Not believable.Anaya then offered me a refund of 146.00 but I had to sign a confidentiality agreement !!! I refused to do that. We paid over 2800 to stay there.We now have to treat all our clothes and pillows we brought to decontaminate for bed bugs. I do have pictures for proof.10 people were there and we all did same things together. The only two people are up with bed bugs were the only two that slept in that bed.

Incredible Property!

We loved our stay at Arnica Bay Bliss. The home was clean and so beautifully decorated. If you are wondering about the layout, there are 3 floors. The basement/bottom floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, its own full bathroom, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a second fridge but it is locked for owner's use. The main level/2nd floor is the living room, kitchen, deck, and master suite and bathroom. The master bathroom connects to the living room and can be used as a half bath when you shut the door to the bath/shower area. The third floor is the bunk room, a full bathroom, and the loft bed area. The home has two screened in porches- one is located outside the bunk room on the third floor and the other one is on the main floor. Our family had so many great, relaxing days here. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a big house for a family trip.
