We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Moving to Fruita in 2002, we began restoring properties and enjoying every moment!

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.
