Great location and beautiful views on Lake Seneca. Cate was outstanding with help and quickly answering questions. It was wonderful having mini splits in each room; that made preferred/custom sleeping temperatures easy to manage for each room.

We had a great long weekend spending time with family at this lake house. The property was large and well appointed. We had great weather so we spent most of our time outside on the deck or by the lake. The host was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

We had a great trip to Lake Seneca location was perfect. The house was great and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were smooth host was very attentive. The house was spacious and the views were wonderful.

The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities but the home was lovely! Everything was well maintained and every attention to detail was met and exceeded! Coffee, tea and all the fixings for that! Lovely bedding, towels, bath supplies, games… you thought of everything!Thank you!

Weekend shopping trip

Needed an overnight place to stay while on a weekend shopping trip. Place was spacious and clean. Lovely place, beautiful lake view. Perfect place for out group to stay.

Perfect Lake house!

From the deck to the beach side seating and access to the water, you can't ask for a better lake house. The house itself is open and spacious which is a big bonus. The co-host Cate was lovely and very helpful.

10 of us stayed here for Christmas. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the dining room table was perfect for our group. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. We did have a couple questions and Cate was very quick to respond. We would absolutely return to this house.

I stayed at the Dream Catcher house on Seneca Lake with my adult children, my grandchildren and my dog. Their was plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoors is where this place really shines. Easy access to the lake. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks provided) and the grandkids loved playing in the water on the private beach front. There's a fire ring with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Nice deck on the house with a grill for cookouts. A fabulous dock in the water for watching beautiful sunsets. 2 loungers by the lake where I took an afternoon snooze. We took the kids to the playground at Sampson State park and played minigolf. We enjoyed the local wineries and breweries and restaurants. Cate was our host and she was friendly, prompt and attentive to all our needs. My labrador liked the lake as much as we did. I recommend this place for families. They'll love it!

Great property - right on the water. Really really enjoyed having a campfire on the stone beach next to the lake. Excellent night time lighting, just enough to illuminate the steps and docks without being obtrusive.Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally by Cate (management company).Cleaning crew does a fantastic job, house was nice and clean. The white bed linens were crisp and fresh. Towels all in great condition.Lots of extra's in the house - garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper (a step up from basic), tissues etc. Fully fully stocked kitchen, plenty of stuff to take care of any cooking you may want to do.

Great vacation home

Great location ans size house for family of 8. Dock and deck had amazing views. Kayaks were a big hit for all. Air conditioning was great during a pretty hot week. Very happy with our retal house and vacation. Only wish the king bed upstairs was more comfortable, very hard.

It was just the two of us but it was so nice to spread out in this comfy home. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. The dock and deck were my favorite…so relaxing to have coffee outside.

Would definitely recommend!! Awesome common area for large groups! Only feedback I would give is mirrors would be a good addition to the bedrooms along with hooks for bath towels after use. A bigger garbage can in the kitchen would also be helpful especially for groups that bring or prepare their own food. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect! Our group would definitely stay again. Lastly, the host was incredibly friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use.
