The room was clean and cool. Comfortable furniture and was decorated really cute. The area was quiet and near parks, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Katie was prompt when replying to inquiries and made us feel welcome. The room was very well appointed. Our pups were very comfortable.

Basically an outdoor kitchen with a bed and furniture, the water that came out the shower had a very bad odor almost like old well water and I know that area has city water. For the area you can probably spend a few more dollars and have a better stay else

Thank you for your review. This property sits outside the city limits, it does not have city water and runs on a well system. Our listing accurately describes our unique outdoor kitchen layout and setup. For guests seeking a traditional hotel environment, the local casino resorts are a great alternative.

We stayed 3 nights in this cabin during our vacation and it was perfect for us. Clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, we felt safe and welcome. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the host responded promptly, striving to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend this cottage and we would not hesitate to book again and again!

Great place for our weekend getaway to visit family. Nicely furnished cottage, kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Quiet location.

Thank you for your feedback. I personally inspected the unit before your arrival and confirmed that toilet paper and paper towels were stocked. When you couldn’t find the door code in your email, I responded immediately to help you get in, and I would have been just as quick to bring more supplies if you had reached out during your stay.

Katie was friendly and helpful. The property is on a dead end street and is quite, It was clean and easy access to everything. I would go back.

Didn’t even stay. This is a GARAGE not a cozy cottage. The “outdoor dining” overlooks a very overcrowded driveway and carport. The garage smelled and was TERRIBLY hot. Furniture looked filthy. Soooo upset!

I inspected the unit an hour before arrival—it was clean, cool, and exactly as described in the listing. The space is a finished studio converted from a garage, clearly shown in the photos. I never saw the guest enter the property and wish they had contacted me so I could have addressed any concerns right away.

So this would EASILY be a 5 star rating because the host was wonderful and answered any question i had within minutes, the accommodations were fitting of the price, maybe even exceeded, the area was quiet and felt 100% safe to stsy in.The only thing holding this back from a 5 is the shower water pressure and water smell. The first night we arrived, we turned on the shower and were met with a horrible rotten egg smell that filled the entire building. It was INCREDIBLY strong. The remaining nights the smell, while reduced, was still in the water but it was tolerable enough. The other issue is the water pressure in the shower. Its VERY low to the point it took 2 to 3 times as long to shower as it takes me at home. Again, I'll say outside of those 2 things, this place was a wonderful place to be for 4 days. Huge waterfront park 45 seconds away in a car, less than 2 minutes to the Golden Nugget and the other casino there. For the price i paid overall id give a 4.5 even with the water issues in the bathroom. If those are remedied its an EASY 5 at this price point. Even with the above issues i myself will be looking for this place the next time.
