Reviewer Comments: The place was great for our family. The only downside was the indoor pool was so cold, I only got in for a small time. I think the heater was broken.

The property was clean with terrific amenities. There were activities for all in our group including the hot tub and pool, pool table and fire pit. The property was located near many popular tourist spots. I would highly recommend this property!

This rental is absolutely gorgeous. Tons of room for a large group/family. I’m not sure which was more popular, the pool or the hot tub! The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to answer any question! Our family will be back for sure and we highly recommend this beautiful home! Check in and departure were a breeze!

The cabin was very nice and clean. The cabin really felt like a home away from home. The location was also nice and had beautiful views. Our family had a wonderful time and the drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were easy. I dont think they had the heater turned on for the pool during our stay, so I would recommend confirming the heated pool before you go. It was so cold that my kids got in and didnt swim the rest of our stay. But overall it was nice, the instructions and guides provided were excellent. Everything you needed to know ahead of time and during our stay was all in a guide for us. Thank you for the great place to enjoy our family!

Our pool heaters are not turned off between or during guest stays. They operate continuously to maintain a safe, regulated water temperature. We understand that everyone's preference for pool temperature can vary, but we want to assure future guests that our pools are heated and maintained throughout their stay. Clean cabin, pool and hot tub warm/hot, easy to access. Plenty of towels, but pretty basic. Some of the upstairs bedrooms had a fitted sheet, but no top sheet, so we had to make those beds up when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 5 children in this cabin and there was plenty of room! With the pool, air hockey and pool table available, the kids were always occupied. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to add safety bars in the showers. Thanks for helping us make some great memories.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautifully built. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Relaxing stay

We spent a week at the Red Sky Retreat and it was a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great amenities. We thought the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the outdoor areas were perfect for early morning coffee and late evening s’mores. The location was quiet and view was beautiful.

We hate this guest had less than a 5 star experience. The guest did not report any issues until after their departure or we would have been happy to stop by and address he concerns. We visited the cabin after what she reported and found there was no major dust buildups in the cabin.
