POSIZIONE: Situato a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Scottsdale, questo quartiere si affaccia sul famoso parco della cintura verde. Sei a pochi passi da un grande negozio di alimentari e Lowe's Hardware. Si trova a pochi chilometri da due principali autostrade (Loop 101 e Loop 202).

DISPOSIZIONE: la villa è composta da tre livelli. Il primo livello ha un garage per una macchina. Una rampa di scale conduce al piano principale dove si trovano cucina, soggiorno, bagno e camera da letto. A questo livello c'è un accogliente patio anteriore con scale esterne al piano terra. Il loft e il bagno sono al terzo livello.

CUCINA: La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e forniti di tutto ciò che si può desiderare tra cui un frullatore, un grill elettrico, un forno a microonde, una macchina per il caffè, un tostapane e un piano cottura in vetroceramica. Ci sono utensili da barbecue se si desidera grigliare vicino alla piscina.

SOGGIORNO: Questo condominio si distingue dagli altri perché presenta soffitti a volta svettanti, un comodo divano morbido e una poltrona reclinabile comodamente posizionati di fronte a una TV HD a schermo piatto da 42 pollici. Splendidi abbellimenti artistici sono ovunque.

INTRATTENIMENTO: goditi la TV LED ad alta definizione da 42 pollici. La TV è collegata a un lettore Blu-ray in grado di trasmettere Hulu, Netflix e YouTube. Puoi anche riprodurre DVD, CD e DVD Blu-ray. Se lo desideri, puoi collegare il tuo laptop alla TV e utilizzare la TV come un grande monitor. C'è INTERNET AD ALTA VELOCITÀ con accesso WI-FI in tutto.

LAVANDERIA: All'interno dell'unità è presente una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.

MASTER BEDROOM LOFT: le scale in moquette che vedete nelle fotografie portano al soppalco della camera da letto principale. La camera da letto principale offre un materasso morbido e lussuoso, drappeggiato in comodi letti morbidi. La scrivania si affaccia sul bellissimo complesso di ville spagnole. Il loft ha la sua cabina doccia, bagno e un proprio sistema di riscaldamento e condizionamento dell'aria.

SECONDA CAMERA DA LETTO: la seconda camera da letto al piano principale ha un morbido materasso matrimoniale con un rivestimento in piuma rimovibile per una maggiore morbidezza. Trova un assortimento di cuscini tra cui schiuma temperpedic o piuma per dormire la notte perfetta. Le porte Arcadia si aprono su un accogliente balcone soleggiato.

BAGNI: Ogni bagno è di dimensioni standard e fornito con un assortimento di asciugamani. Lasciati coccolare dai soffioni doccia rimovibili con massaggio spray o immergiti in un romantico bagno di bolle in stile romano. Una sedia per doccia regolabile è disponibile su richiesta.

OPERE: Molti dei dipinti originali sono stati creati da me, mentre alcuni provengono dalla mia collezione d'arte privata.

COMPLESSO DI VILLAS PARKVIEW: Il complesso è affascinante e ben tenuto con lussureggiante paesaggio desertico. Goditi il pieno accesso a una grande piscina riscaldata recentemente rinnovata e una vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono tre griglie deluxe vicino all'area della piscina per la tua festa barbecue. Il complesso di Parkview Villas presenta tetti di tegole spagnole e tre grandi fontane d'ingresso.

PARCHEGGIO E GARAGE: Al piano inferiore al primo livello si trova un garage per una macchina. Il garage è collegato, quindi una volta parcheggiato all'interno si è nell'edificio. Il garage è più grande di un singolo parcheggio, ma è accogliente, quindi assicurati di lasciare il tuo camion o SUV full size a casa. Il tuo veicolo di dimensioni economiche dovrebbe adattarsi perfettamente. È inoltre possibile parcheggiare in uno dei numerosi parcheggi scoperti del complesso. Le scale del garage portano al livello principale dove si trovano il soggiorno, la cucina e la camera da letto.

Excellent location, and a comfortable cozy condo with everything you would need for your stay!

This condo is in a great location with a walking trail right in behind you for biking, walking, running,frisbee golf or golfing, walking distance to a Pub, grocery store, or a hair studio.The condo is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, wonderful linens, lush towels, and some great Art work throughout the home(by the owner) really nice condo and area, would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property

Comfortable Condo located close to many amenities

We enjoyed the conforts of home at this conveniently located condo. The condo is located near to Old Town Scottsdale, the airport, local parks and activities. Golf, cactus league baseball, hiking trails, shopping and restaurants are relatively close. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot pool at the complex. The owner is really pleasant and approachable if you have any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place

This property is as shown it was clean and the grounds around the property were gorgeous lots of flowering bushes. The owner is a lovely lady who had the place ready before our scheduled check in time. Candice is an artist and the beautiful art work in the property was all painted by her! We felt very safe and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great holiday Candice!

Clean, conveniently located.

Plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Most organized owner, we have ever worked with...notes for everything. She was available by phone and text immediately. Loved having garage. Tried out hot tub and pool, which were quite nice. Used the massage chair after golf! Happy renters😀

Perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay at condo even though it was cut short due to death in family. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, great location. I really loved the swimming pool and planned to spend a lot of my time there just relaxing and soaking up the beautiful weather! Highly recommend!

Cozy, Convenient and Exceeded Expectations

We spent over 3 months in Candice's condo, working remote in the winter 2021. It is instantly cozy (the beds are incredible- best sleep ever) and decorated with her own artwork which gives the condo an elevated aesthetic. This condo has more amenities than my own home so it was well equipped to live in for a long time. The balcony is private (perfect for package delivery) and the garage is ideal given the parking lots in the complex can get full. This condo is the best location - right off the Greenbelt (11 miles of green space and trails) which I run and walk my dog on every single day. I cannot emphasize enough how critical it is to be able to get outside in green space...Phoenix can be big and sprawling so this immediate access to the Greenbelt is a definite stress reliever. The condo is also 20 minutes from multiple mountain preserves and hiking trails and down the block from a bike rental. The location between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe opens the door to SO many food and vibrant activity options. The South Scottsdale area where the condo is specifically located is booming too, with cool wine stores and breweries popping up just a mile away. Candice herself is an ideal landlord, always responsive with a laser-eye attention to detail, and she goes above and beyond to be helpful (when the thermostat needed to be fixed she brought over both a fan and a humidifier, even though it was plenty cool and we were unlikely to need it). Thank you for an excellent stay!

Perfect

We stayed at Candice’s condo for a month while visiting our son’s family. Upon arrival we found everything extremely clean and well appointed. The condo is as described and very comfortable. The biggest pluses for us are a garage, the wonderful greenway availability, and the willingness to accept our dog .

Perfect first winter in retirement

We really enjoyed our two months in Scottsdale. Candice was attentive, friendly, responsive, and eager to help with suggestions and recommendations. The condo is very well-equipped, and has everything you'll need for even an extended stay. VERY comfortable beds, a great pool and hot tub, a garage with inside access to the condo, and the fantastic walking/biking paths of the Greenbelt--which we used every day. The canine member of the family gives the Greenbelt an A+--he loved it! We met several nice neighbors, and always felt welcome and safe. The location is convenient to everything--restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, farmer's market, etc. Not only would I recommend Candice's condo to others, we are already planning for another stay ourselves.

We stayed a month while visiting relatives in the area and Candice’s place was perfect for us! Candice is a very conscientious owner who goes the extra mile to assure that your stay is a pleasant one. Attentive Owner - Great Location

We were thrilled to find an owner who really cares about her renters. She was personable, attentive, and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This condo is conveniently located on the bus route, trolly route and with a grocery store in a Shopping Center within walking distance along with a lovely paved "green space" behind the condo complex where you can walk or bike safely for miles and miles. Nice clean condo in handy location.

We spent 2 weeks at this condo and were well pleased. It was clean, well decorated and had a nice shared pool near it. The owner is friendly and communicated well. Everything was organized and well stocked for a short term rental. It is well situated between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Market Place, so there is plenty to do nearby. Having a garage was nice too. Be aware it is upstairs and the garage is below it, so you will have to do steps. Would stay here again.

Great Vacation Stay!!!

My wife and I simply had a wonderful week-long stay in Scottsdale, and a big reason for that was that Unit #260 was a fantastic home base for us. It is roomy, well-equipped, finely decorated, and centrally located. The heated community pool was also a real plus. Candice, the owner, was also super nice and readily answered all of our pre-vacation questions. Book this place, you will not be disappointed!

Awesome location and a great condo.

My wife and I would definitely stay in this condo again. Great location with easy access to a 15 mile walking and biking path. The path meanders through multiple parks and waterways that are home to all kinds of birds, turtles, fish, etc. The condo is in Scottsdale but is close to Tempe and Arizona State University. In fact I'd say the condo is located about halfway in between the old town Scottsdale and Tempe old town. The owner Candice is easily reachable and has the condo laid out well with instructions for everything. There is a grocery store 1/2 mile away and can be easily accessed by car or by using the walking path. We'll definitely stay in Candice's condo again to enjoy long walks in the sun and the comfort of the condo.

Great condo in a super location

My husband, son and wife stayed at Candice's condo for one week. We found it to be a very convenient starting location to travel to many different locations in and around Phoenix. The condominium complex was quiet and felt very safe. The pool area was nice although it was kind of cool the week we were there so only used it once. I loved all the artwork (original) in the condo and felt a lot of effort had gone into the décor. Candice was great about calling to see if we needed anything and also responding to questions before and after our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Candice.

Awesome place and awesome owner

Hello Candice, My husband,son, his wife and I loved your condo. We had a fabulous time enjoying the pool and taking long walks on the greenbelt right behind your condo. The disc golf course that is also right behind your condo is so much fun. Your place is very close to the grocery store, Camelback mountain that my son and his wife climbed and it is very easy to get to the highway to go and see Sedona (only 2 hours away) and the Grand Canyon. Your condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us and we will definitely be in touch with you next year. Thank you for your fabulous place and helping us with all of our inquiries. Patty and family

Location, Location, Location

My wife and I enjoyed a month at this condo and found the location to be a stellar feature. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and wonderful floor plan. Stores were close as was downtown Scottsdale and ASU. The places we enjoyed most during our visit were: Four Peaks Brewery, the Green Belt (Great for biking) and Musical Instrument Museum. The MIM was really an unexpected little gem that we highly recommend. We certainly will not hesitate to stay here on our next visit.

Awesome Condo

My husband, adult son and I enjoyed staying at this condo recently. The condo is ,very clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated giving a atmosphere of relaxation and yet homey. The condo is also very close to amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and a awesome green space for walking or riding bikes. Every day we used the pool area and found it to be well maintained and relaxing. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Golfers dream to stay at!

We arrived for a golfing vacation for our very first time to Phoenix and the condo was perfect. We played 3 golf courses and all 3 of them were very easy to get to. We played Talking Stick, Legend at Arrowhead and Golf Club of Estrella. Even though Estrella was 39 miles away we made it in 40 minutes at rush hour. The excellent pool and hot tub to unwind was excellent to top it off. Old Town Scottsdale downtown is very nice and only a 5 minute drive away. The Condo has everything you could ever need and is very comfortable and quiet. A must stay if you want to keep away from the hotel chains. Book this place and you will not be disappointed!!

Great Location in sunny Scottsdale

Vacationed at the Parkview Villas in SE Scottsdale in Feb/March 2014. The location of the Parkview Villa condos is fantastic with Old Town Scottsdale not far and adjacent access to Greenbelt Parkway offering miles of biking, hiking, disc golf, etc. The pool was nice and quite warm. The condo offered great amenities including a large widescreen HDTV, DVR, Disc player, etc., a very comfortable king bed in the master suite, and a modern look and feel in decorating. The garage space was helpful in keeping our car clean and dust free. The owner was very easy to reach and great to work with.

Fabulous condo - Great Location

My wife and I stayed for the month of Nov with our dog Charley, all three of us absolutely loved the condo. We found this condo complex, and Scottsdale in general, to be very dog friendly. This complex is next to the Greenbelt, a 15 mile multi-use green pathway - great for dog walks, biking and jogging. The pathway has a waterway through it which attracts a large number of birds, morning walks & runs were particularly pleasant. We didn't frequent very many restaurants as we found the condo's kitchen so very efficient and well equipped that we made most of our meals there. Two of my favorite grocery stores were Fry's (about 1/2 mile away) and Sprouts Farmers Market; Sprouts offers a lot of fresh organic produce at reasonable prices (in Minneapolis, organic produce is never reasonable). The condo's entertainment center worked flawlessly, with the fast internet I was connected to my Netflix and Amazon accounts and watching movies in no time. The condo was very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The unit has two temperature zones - main floor living area and upstairs bedroom, which made for very comfortable accommodations. Very nice to have a private garage, I noticed other properties just have car ports or an uncovered parking stall. We met many of the neighbors and found them all to be very, very friendly and helpful. The condo complex has a really nice heated pool for relaxing; for swimming laps we went to the Eldorado Aquatic & Fitness Center (less than a mile away). The Aquatic Center offers 13 lap lanes, my wife & I always got our own lanes. The property's location is ideal, it is centrally located providing short drives to Old Town Scottsdale, the Desert Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo and many hiking paths. A must see is the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin West facility located in the Sonoran desert. The Owner was great to work with providing immediate responses to all communications. We have already recommended this property to friends & relatives and plan to stay here again when we return to Scottsdale.

Great location between Scottsdale and Tempe

My husband and I stayed here because of its close proximity to ASU, where I just started a new job. We needed a place to stay while we looked for houses in the Scottsdale/Tempe area. Candice was extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible with our changing needs. She is incredibly organized with instructions from how to use all the electronic devices, to places to explore with our small dog (!) in Scottsdale and Tempe. The photos accurately reflect the rental appearance and amenities. The place is very well maintained. We stayed there in October and November, and were able to turn off the air conditioning and open the screen doors at night to let in some fresh air. While the views to the community space are nice, trying to sleep at night with the doors open was not a good idea. The community space can be a bit noisy at night, especially on the weekends. Overall you can't beat the location and the comfortable space. There are free shuttles to Scottsdale and Tempe and Papago Park is so close and beautiful to see during early morning walks. We definitely recommend it for short-term or long-term stays.

Perfect location, Beautifully decorated

I rented this condo recently while visiting a family member in the Phoenix area. It is a great location, easily accessible and convenient to Tempe and Scottsdale art galleries. Photos do not do the inside justice: it's beautifully decorated, clean and new. The unit was quiet and comfy, perfect for my needs. I loved the shower---nice strong water pressure, better than I have at home! The owner was helpful and accommodating in the transaction. Plus pet friendly---my "four-legged" baby had a great time. I would definitely recommend this property others.

I chose this condo because of its location within the Phoenix Metro Area and proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. I fell in love when I saw the entry way fountains, the red tile roofs, the soaring vaulted ceiling of the living room and spacious master bedroom.

A free shuttle/ trolly service in front of the complex will take you to Old Town Scottsdale. Because it is located just off Scottsdale Road, it is easy to find your way all over town and easy access to major freeways and the airport.
