We also appreciate you pointing out the challenges with the driveway and steep gravel road. It’s something we try to communicate in our listing so guests can come prepared, but your note helps reinforce how important that is. We appreciate you mentioning the hot tub and the bugs as well. We’re sorry about the murky water and will make sure it’s checked and properly serviced. Being in a wooded area, bugs can occasionally make an appearance, but we understand how uncomfortable that can be and will look into additional preventative measures.
