Quick responses from our host. Good restaurants witin a block and more great choices choices eithin 8 min drive. Good breweries and a heavenly yarn store. Nice , clean, and comfortable accommodations for a family of 5-6. Beautiful kitchen and cozy fireplace.

So responsive to our needs. we called because the coffee maker wasn't working and in 20 min we had a new one delivered to our door. We loved the decor and the feel of the place. we felt at ease and welcomed. Would return again. The only concern we had was really my own issue, my dog was with us and she is old and stairs are a problem... there were a lot of stairs. Didn't see that or ignored it when I booked. They did have a bunch of stuff for dogs available which I thought was very nice.

Perfectly located comfortable home away from home for our two families one with a small child. We will book here again for summer or winter visits. Grocery with all you need is down the street and was an extra bonus!

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for our family. We traveled with our two children (both under 3) and a dog. Location made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! The home was clean and appointed beautifully. Our host was very thoughtful and kept in contact making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Terrific property for a family/group stay. The hosts thought of everything, from pet needs, games, and a fully-stocked kitchen (yes, a pizza cutter!) to little dishes on the bedside tables for jewelry. My friends and I absolutely loved it. Close to everything, very clean and plenty of room to hang out during downtime. Highly recommend!

Short Family Getaway

The house was very well equipped and clean. We liked the fact that it was in a quiet neighborhood and yet conveniently located to restaurants & not far from city center. We had a great time and I highly recommend this property!

Excellent property

Rented this property for a girls weekend. Super clean, plenty of room and convenient to downtown. The neighborhood was quaint and provided nice area for morning walks!

Great stay! Well appointed condo that is thoroughly updated. Communication with owner/manager was outstanding! AC broke one evening and they had it fixed within an hour or so. All questions were answered almost immediately. Would stay at one of their properties again!

The location made it easy to go places without going through downtown. The condo was clean and had lots of little extras like baggies, containers for extra food, etc. They responded as soon as you called if you needed anything. There are a lot of stairs, a flight to go in the condo and a flight for the bedrooms but all in all I say 5 stars.

Amazing place

We stayed here with our 2 college kids and it was an exceptional experience. It was the best vrbo that we have booked. So very clean. The place is beautiful with such attention to detail. From the beautiful pictures on the wall, the soft sheets and bedding to the bathroom amenities (soap , shampoo, body wash, cotton calls, q-tips, even dental picks). The kitchen is beautifully stocked.

Wedding Planning

Very nice condo. It was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. There is a lot of stairs being that it’s a 3 story building. There was a very nice grocery store with in walking distance. A grill would have been great but I don’t know where you would put it. Thank you we had a great time!

Beautiful Traverse City Townhouse

We loved everything about this unit. It was beautifully furnished, open concept for living room, dining area and kitchen area. Extremely well appointed, and cleaned to perfection. Half bath on the main floor. The garage was an extra added bonus, especially since it snowed most of the time we were there. The location was perfect. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a grocery store, downtown shopping and restaurants. Also, close to Lake Michigan. If stairs are an issue for you, please note that you do walk from outside or garage up a full flight of stairs to the main living area and also, another full flight of stairs to the bedrooms. It was not a problem for us. We were a bit confused about the entrance to the unit but that's probably because we didn't read the instructions from the Host carefully enough. The Host was very helpful from booking through and beyond the end of our stay. It was reassuring to know that we could call at anytime for any help we may have needed. We strongly recommend this beautiful unit and we'll definitely stay again.
