Bellissimo e confortevole lago Badin (noto anche come) casa sul lago Badin con vista sul lago in alto su una collina.

2 camere da letto 2 bagni. NON FUMATORI. NO ANIMALI (senza l'approvazione e deposito prima. Proprietario allergico). NO minori di 10 anni di età. La casa è completamente tappezzata. Un sacco di servizi. Il padrone ha il letto matrimoniale. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Il portico anteriore è schermato e realizzato per le bellissime albe sul lago e le lune piene di notte. Caffè al mattino Brandy di notte. .

Red Leather sedie reclinabili teatro sono appena a destra per guardare la TV o un film. Cucina completamente fornita. Caffettiera e caffè. Lavasciuga. Barbecue all'aperto (propano).

Grande casa rilassante. Situato nella foresta nazionale di Uwharrie. Un sacco di gite di un giorno per il viaggiatore. Pesca, trekking, mountain bike, miniere di smeraldi, Reed Gold Mine, NC State Zoo a Asheboro, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Morrow Mountain State Park, NC Wine Tour, e diversi campi da golf.

Comunità dispone di un lancio barca privata con parcheggio separato per il veicolo e rimorchio off proprietà. Non è consentito di lasciare il veicolo e il rimorchio alla rampa della barca. Parcheggio in strada. Lancio della barca ca. 5 minuti da casa. Andare un altro paio di blocchi e c'è un molo di pesca della comunità.

Porta la tua barca o Personal Water Craft. C'è una strada circolare davanti a casa dove è possibile parcheggiare la barca e il rimorchio. Veicoli solo su questo vialetto. È molto ripido.

You'll enjoy this spot, nice little view of the lake, very clean, labels in place in appropriate locations to know where to find items (-kitchen for example). Beverly is great host, super responsive to ensure that my stay was nice. If it's available, scoop it up!

Beverly was a great host and communication was excellent. Very spacious, well stocked home. Great neighborhood, enjoyed walking around the lake. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area!

The home was really nice. It was just my husband and me but it would also work well for two couples or a family given the separate bedroom and bathroom in the back. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the recliners were fun for TV or movie viewing. The host was super responsive and the lake area is lovely.

Very nice home, very cute. Close to the water with a quick access to the boat ramp. Host was very nice and gave us information before hand and answered very quickly. Great place to stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area again!

Wonderful Quiet Lake Getaway

Beverly is an excellent hostess. Totally on top of her place. It’s clean and comfortable. Fully stocked. Comfortable beds. She opens up her home to you. Plus, the Badin Lake area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the area.

Get away for a wedding

We had an amazing time. The place is great! It has everything you can ever need. We got it to be closer to a wedding we were attending. We really enjoyed and highly recommend it. The owner was great and keep in contact to be sure we had everything we needed, etc.

Fishing weekend

We stayed here to have a relaxing weekend of fishing. It was very clean and spacious for just my Boyfriend and I. Property owner was very kind and messaged and asked if everything was going good. Will stay again. Plenty of fun on the lake. We brought our boat and had a great time.

The online listing was perfectly nice, but we were even more pleasantly surprised in person. Also, Beverly was an absolute peach.

One of the nicest and cleanest homes.. Loved the view of the lake. Great location and the owner is the best. So friendly and caring. Actually got a text our first morning asking how we slept, if we needed anything and recommending places to eat... Make sure to try this place out... 5 stars from me

My family has owned property at Badin Lake since 1954. They loved the area. I bought this home because of the family ties, lake view and my love of fishing.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Quiet and relaxing. Lots of time for fishing. Bass fishing tournaments year round. Great location for numerous "day trips"'. Emerald mines, NC State Zoo, Charlotte/Lowe's Motor Speedway, golfing, hiking, biking, search for Big Foot in the Uwharrie National Forest, or just sit on the porch and read a good book. Then take a walk. The woods are beautiful. Especially in fall.
