Beautiful and comfortable home. Lovely views over the water from the decks and the dock. The master bedroom was quite nice with a very comfortable bed. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you would need. Recommended and hope to stay again!

I can't say enough good things about this property and Matt. The house is super clean, and nice. Beds are comfortable, linens are nice, the kitchen is perfect. The master bedroom with the private porch is awesome. There is a great view from every window. If you like water views and marsh views, this is the place. Matt is a great host. He's easy to communicate with and just a good guy all around. We absolutely loved our stay at Harker's Island. Thank you Matt!

Beautiful property

Property was exactly as described, very clean and beautifully decorated. Love the views and salty breezes from both decks. Location was close enough to areas of interest, and enjoyed the solitude. Worked through some minor issues with the owner, and appreciated his prompt responses with us. Thank you fornsharing your property with us, Matt.

Great location and views!!! The pictures are exactly what you get. The private beach and pier are perfect and convenient - especially with kids. The house was clean and nice to have towels and linens included. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need. Parking is tight, which the owners repeatedly stress in their communications. Do not bring more than two cars, if possible. Owners communicate really well. We would definitely go back!

Harkers

Great place. Great location but we probably should have been warned the tap water smelled of sulfur. Not a problem. We just bought a lot of bottled water because the water out of the taps and shower smelled very bad.

Hi Peter. Thank you for your honest review, although we do wish you would have notified us of this at any point during your stay. The sulphur smell of the water just meant the filter needed to be changed. The guest who checked in after you notified us this on day 1 and the water company replaced the filter same day, resolving the issue.
