The space
Two years in the making!! After some TLC, an abandoned Villa Forte was brought back to life. The result- Suite 1, a centrally located first floor suite that combines classic elements with a modern spin. A Smart lock will give you access to the main entrance of the Villa. As you enter the foyer, suite 1 will be the orange door on your left. Another Smart lock will allow you into your private apartment. High ceilings, original hardwood floors and brand new, fresh decor in this Italian villa speak a euro style with comfort. The suite features a cozy and sunny bedroom with a new, carefully selected queen size bed a luggage rack and a closet. The french doors in your bedroom will lead out to your private patio. The living room offers a modern, comfy sofa, a work desk, and a Smart TV. Games, puzzles and good reads are also there ready to be explored. In addition to central air, your suite is also fitted with new, remote controlled ceiling fans. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pans and flatware. Included is a fridge, a Kenyon electric cooktop, a microwave, a Magic Bullet blender, a toaster and crock pot for your convenience. Also, and most critical -- there is a Keurig to get you going. Now, if you REALLY need a push--- feel free to make yourself an espresso with our traditional Italian coffee pot....after all, you are at an Italian villa.
