What a charming place to stay! A short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor, but still very easily accessible. We loved visiting the barn for a cup of coffee and a slice of pie. A perfect treat after a long hike! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

The cottage was perfect for our visit to Acadia NP. It was in a great location to visit Bar Harbor but still have a quiet relaxing stay. Excellent restaurants within two miles. We used the chairs ocean side to relax after a day of hiking. The owners were super nice and helpful to accommodate with wanting playing cards .

The cottage was very clean, The shower is very confined. The bed was very hard to sleep on. The view is the Gulf of Maine and you are away from the area. No sound of waves. The area is very peaceful and it was very nice to be away from the crazy crowds in Bar Harbor.

Thanks for your review Mary & your feedback on the firmness of the mattress. It is a new Beauty Rest medium/firm mattress for those who are interested in knowing. We have memory foam toppers if anyone would like to ask, we are more than happy to make up bed with topper :)

We enjoyed our stay at the cottages they are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Bar Harbor. Our view of the water from our front porch was relaxing and we often commented on how quiet it was. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Our vacations are to do and see as much as we can in the area we are visiting we are always on the go. We had something going on everyday and unfortunately we didn’t use the outdoor grill and the cottage landscape. Kirsten did a great job communicating with us before we arrived about restaurants, excursions, and places to go and things to see. She communicated well with text during our stay. These cottages are a great place to stay while visiting Bar Harbor.

Super clean and safe environment.

We were blessed with beautiful weather, and the cabin was perfect for a couple nights. The owners could’ve been nicer and more helpful. Definitely would be repeat visitor.
