We loved our stay at Paul’s cottage! Comfortable beds, outdoor shower and steps to the dog-friendly beach. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Cottage had everything we could needed for the week. Paul was quick to answer any of my questions. Great host!

Our stay at Paul’s property was so fantastic! The cottage was well-appointed with everything we needed and items we didn’t realize we needed, but enjoyed! The beds are extremely comfortable, the neighborhood is calm, and the location is perfect. Paul was an exemplary, communicative host who answered all of my many questions. While we return to PTown, we hope to stay here again!

Stay in PTown was perfect

Really amazing stay. Very clean, all the things we needed for our stay, and great access to the beach and water. We loved sitting outside, but the inside was enough room for all of us too. Will definitely book again when we are looking for an easy weekend away that includes the beach! Thank you!!

The property was exactly as described! Very clean and well appointed home. Host, Paul was also helpful with information on local sights. Would come back to this home!!

Beach cottage with beach charm and modern reno

Great property in a charming neighborhood w/ easy access into Ptown or Truro. House had everything we needed and then some. We loved dining on the porch & the beautiful path to the beach.Our host,Paul,is so friendly and helpful, and was accessible throughout our stay. Bravo!

Quick stay

We stayed at this property for a quick stay in PTown. It was more spacious than expected and the owner did a really great job updating the cottage. The bedrooms were comfortable, there is lots of seating options and a modern bathroom with a bonus outdoor shower. The location is awesome- so close to the beach and only 5 min drive to town. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodated a shorter stay. We’ll definitely plan to use this property again the next time we visit!

The home was exactly as advertised. Paul is an excellent communicator. We appreciated the games and water toys. This is our favorite area for a Cape Cod vacation, with a short walk to the bay beach and an easy drive or bike ride to other beaches and Provincetown.
