The house is very clean and well maintained. There are lots of options to get dinner or supplies while staying. Communication was easy too.

This sweet house was great for me, and my little blind dog loved it too. The yard is completely fenced in with no hidden "escape routes" for a pup to escape through. The neighbors Miss Judy and Mr Jack, were probably the best bonus. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

Our stay was amazing. Great location. With it being on a busy road it’s was quiet and relaxing. The house was well decorated and made it feel like home.

We brought our youth group to stay here and they LOVED all the yard activities provided. Great stay, beautiful house!

Great find!

We stayed here to attend our daughter‘s graduation at the University of Dayton. This was a great find and only about 15 minutes away from the campus plenty of room for our entire family.

The house was neat and clean. The main living space was large with adequate seating for dining and lounging. We were a party of four adults and a three-year-old in town for a wedding. Probably the only drawback was that all of the beds (three) were full-size other than the king in the master bedroom. One queen would have been nice to accommodate another couple. Be aware, there is no parking on the street in front of the house. It's a busy street. We were confused as to where to park. We went through the Domino Pizza drive thru to get to the back of the house. Once there, you go through the garage to get into the backyard and then into the back door of the house. The street right next to the house is one-way, so we couldn't go that way. We figured it all out after awhile. Our stay was pleasant, and the house met our needs.

We needed a place to stay for a night during a road trip and this place was great for us. Our three small kids were able to play in the backyard and the house is nice and clean. The room upstairs has a few toys which was helpful. Overall it was exactly what we needed, easy to access, minutes from the highway, close to food.

This was a great house and location. A fan in the house for the upstairs bedroom would be very nice, but it worked out very well. Great host to work with!

Perfect

Great for our 3 night stay while attending WGI Percussion World Championships! Great location, close to I-75. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Only problem was a very bright parking lot next store, which could be fixed with a room darkening shade. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay

We were here for only one night. Very easy to check in and used the garage for the night. One thing to consider is it’s off a main road so there is some road noise and it’s right next door to the Domino’s which has parking lot lights that come in the bedroom windows at night no matter the room. The beds were ok and the shower was nice and stocked. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful last minute trip

This was a super last minute trip with another couple, booked the day before. Communication and instructions were great. Place was accommodating and clean. Bottled water, snacks and Keurig coffee provided. Large fenced in yard was great for our dog. Great location to visit Aullwood Nature Center and hike to see Thomas Dambo's Trolls. Drive was no more than 30 minutes for most of the museums we visited on our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Clean

We were in town one night for a soccer game and this worked out perfectly. Communication was quick and friendly, house was clean and cozy, nicely decorated. My husband loved the laminated information sheets. All was good!
