Lamar heights was spacious and clean. We enjoyed hanging out in the living and dining room areas. The house is centrally located and the host is very responsive.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. The kitchen had all the necessary things to use for cooking. The proximity to downtown Denver and surrounding areas was convenient. No complaints here. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Donlad, the host, was very helpful and responsive before arriving giving suggestions on coffee spots, and during our stay answering questions about the property. It was very clean and well stocked with items you would need when staying for a week as we did. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped and very clean. The shower flow was a bit lower than we are used to, but understandable with the water shortages in Colorado, and was not a problem for us. Having a garage was also a great to have access to. The property has three levels (garage entry with bathroom and bedroom, up the stairs was living room and kitchen and eating area, and up to the third level was master suite and another bedroom) but we found it easy to navigate. Hardwood floors was also very nice. Love the location that is close to Old Town Arvada. Great place to go and soak in some history as well as great places to eat. Really good Mexican food places, wonderful German bakery, and fantastic breakfast restaurant all in Old Town Arvada. We had easy access to both I-25 and I-70 to head up north and west. We would stay here again.

Nice quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay at the nice, quiet and convenient location. We were fairly close to several things we were able to do and see during our trip to the Denver area. The 3 levels did have several stairs which was a little rough on a few of us but still an overall great stay!

This was a great place to stay. Close to several things we did and saw. Donald has the place looking very nice. Easy to work with and always available if needed, which we did not.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The host was accommodating, helpful, and always responded immediately. The townhouse was modern, roomy, fully equipped, and spotless. We appreciated the myQ technology for garage access. We definitely recommend.

Excellent central location

Wonderful place to stay, centrally located within Denver, Red Rocks, and the mountains. Nice clean and comfortable place with a bathroom for each. Quiet residential neighborhood.Access to garage via app was a bonus! Our supersize Suburban did need to park diagonal but it still fit.
