The property is in an excellent location Corespondence with John the host was excellent.We have stayed there before and will be back to do it again.

I had a great stay in Madeira Beach. The place was clean, John was easy to communicate with and it was right across the street from the beach. Lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. I would highly recommend this place.

The cottage was wonderfully newly remodeled, very comfortable and very clean! The poolside was peaceful for morning coffee, location to beach and restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus

This bungalow is amazing and the host is fantastic to work with! One of the best around. The pool was perfect and the property was so quaint and peaceful. This was the perfect space to be able to create core memories with the family. The renovations are perfect and the full kitchen allowed us to cook our meals as well as use the community bbq grill!!! The beach access is directly across the way and made it easy for going to the beach with my kids. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be back for another awesome vacation!

My sister and I rented this space for our girls trip. I have never done anything like this before, so I was a little nervous on how accurate the location to the beach would be. It was perfect! Walk across the street and you are right on the beach. The condo was very clean and newly updated. There were a couple of coolers and beach gear. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and more. The pull out couch was actually comfortable! The unit is at the end and the property is clean and quiet. The pool is very nice and has a great setup with a grill and pool supplies. You can get a cheap Uber to John’s Pass or a nice 20 walk. The location of this property is perfect and John is amazing to work with! We will definitely be back! Thanks John!!!!

The unit was perfect! I stayed alone, but it would be fine for a couple too. It was all new, super clean and quiet. The pool was lovely, and they even had guitar player there on a Sunday eve. The owner was always available, although I didn't need anything. Beach access was easy-right across the street. I would stay again for sure!!

The location of the condo couldn’t have been better. My daughter and I walked virtually everywhere we wanted or needed to go. The access to the beach was so easy due to having a “public access” path directly across the street. The condo itself was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Appliances are brand new, the furnishings are perfectly suited to the space. ALSO, our host was incredibly responsive generally, within an hour we had answers. We will definitely be returning!

Just what we needed!

We were looking for a very affordable, yet comfortable place to stay during our quick trip to Florida and that is just what we got! The house was cozy and comfortable for our 3-night stay. Our kids loved the pool and watching the geckos; the beach was a very short walk away. The owner was extremely responsive and very friendly. Overall, we were very pleased!

a charming retreat

This is a lovely small apartment on Madeira Beach, just across the street from the beach. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a charming pool area. Possibly the best feature are the couple who manage the property, who live right next door. She maintains beautiful flowers all around the property, and he makes sure that all is done right. And they both are just a joy to chat with. This will be a place that we will return to!

Cottage 23 is very comfortable and private.

We liked the privacy since the sidewalk does not go by the door and it is far from the road. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Dave the manager and Sue the cleaner were hospitable and accommodating. The beach is right across the street and there are places nearby to walk to for meals out. The room was equipped with lots of towels including pool towels. Having a coin washer and dryer on site was helpful. We loved our stay and plan on coming back again!

Great Florida Getaway

My children and I stayed in apt 2 and had a wonderful time, the location is perfect, the pool and surround grounds kept in pristine condition and the resident managers were lovely people. The beach is close as are restaurants and John's pass. The apartment was extremely well stocked and clean. We would definitely come back again. The only negative comment was from my son who was a bit disappointed that the wi-fi was a bit weak to play online games, but that's probably for the best anyway! Would highly recommend this complex. Thank you Imre and Maria!

Place was nice, had everything we needed. There was a dead cockroach under our bathroom sink. The pool was kind of dirty as well. The housekeeper thought we cancelled our stay when we got there, and stopped us from going in at first, and then was knocking on our door at 10am on our last day when checkout was at 11am. We loved the location, and it was perfect for a little girls trip! We also didn’t realize the washers and dryers weren’t in our house, and that we had to pay for them. But overall the stay was great!
