Caribe Resort Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Among the many resort features, local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Amazing stay

We stayed spring break and our kids had a blast. The condo was very clean and big enough to accommodate 8 people. The amenities were great for our younger kids and the teenagers. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and the bed was super comfortable .

Excellent Views

From the second we walked in we already knew that it was going to be the perfect vacation! Check in was so easy and stress free. Our room was amazing and the view was beautiful. Very clean inside and outside. There were so many things to do at the resort, my family and I never got bored! Review Written by 13 year old daughter.

Very nice and comfortable

Overall we enjoyed our stay, property was very clean, comfortable, and aestically pleasing. Parking was challenging with our vehicle, and the lazy river was not deep enough.

Great place to stay!

The location was perfect! The condo was very spacious and the balcony was huge with beautiful views of both the bay and the beach. It is located on the 11th floor above the pool area which was also a great view. The beds were very comfortable but the sofa beds were not. The unit was clean and well maintained with just 2 minor issues. The area above the refrigerator was apparently part of the HVAC system and was full of thick dust or lint. There was also a creepy hole above the shower in the hall bath. My teen granddaughter wouldn’t shower in it. The unit was well stocked with everything needed including a large coffee pot which we were very thankful for. There were plenty of linens for the 6 of us. The pool area was amazing and the kids loved it. There’s a lazy river which required moving to a different section of the resort but it was also very nice. The deli was convenient for breakfast and lunch. Overall, we loved our stay here and we would definitely go back again!

Disappointed

When we arrived everything looked great. Upon settling in and further inspection it started downhill. Only 2 of us were able to shower due to there being no more hot water (maintenance came the next day to fix) which wasn’t ideal since we all went swimming. The oven door handle was broken (maintenance came the next day to fix the next day). There was mold in the showers and tub. The kitchen sink was broken and spewing everywhere. The ceiling above the bathtub in the shared bathroom has a cut it hole. Only 1 indoor pool was functioning and it just felt dirty. The sauna was down. It’s disappointing when the amenities weren’t as advertised.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Communication and Maintenance Issues

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights with our children and were disappointed by both the condition of the unit and the lack of communication from management. We brought premade meals and groceries with us, only to find the oven door broken upon arrival. We reported the issue right away via text and were told maintenance would be notified. After no follow-up, we called the next day and were told someone would come out, but no time was given. Maintenance arrived when we weren’t in the unit (only our older child was there), and they left before we could return. They didn’t come back that day.It wasn’t until the third day that the oven was repaired—only for it to break again the next day. At that point, we gave up. There was no alternative cooking method provided (no toaster oven or air fryer), so many of our meals went to waste.The primary bedroom was also a problem. It was noticeably warmer than the rest of the unit due to a wall of windows and only light-filtering curtains—no blackout curtains at all—making it very uncomfortable for sleep. After several poor nights of rest, we decided to leave a day early.On top of that, there was no communication from the host at check-in or during our stay. The unit overlooks the pool, and even from the 11th floor, the noise from the water slides continued past 11 PM, well after the pool was supposed to close at 9.This condo felt neglected, and our overall experience was frustrating. We would not stay here again and do not recommend

We do want to clarify that our team was in communication with you prior to, during, and following your stay, including regarding the oven concern. We understand that communication can sometimes feel like either too much or not enough depending on the situation, but we are sorry if you felt unsupported at any point. Maintenance was notified and did come out to address the oven, though we understand the timing and repeat issue created frustration and disrupted the meals you had planned. We’re also sorry to hear the primary bedroom was uncomfortable for sleeping. Guest comfort matters to us, and we will review your comments regarding the room temperature and window coverings with the appropriate team. Regarding the pool noise, we’re sorry resort security did not better enforce the posted pool hours. It sounds like many guests were enjoying their vacation, but we understand how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to rest, especially late in the evening. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will use your feedback to continue improving the guest experience. We would be grateful for the opportunity to welcome you back for a more restful and enjoyable stay in the future.
