The condo was perfect for our family of six. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable! We really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We absolutely loved everything at Bella Luna from the atmosphere, easy access to the beach, spectacular view of the bay to the beautiful condominium! Everything was as expected! Very nice, modern, clean, spacious condominium! This was our first stay and we will be booking our family vacation again next year. Thank you Beach Ball Properties for making our family vacation special!

The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It’s clearly a high-end property, and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was that there was no working Wi-Fi for our entire visit. Because the TVs rely on the internet, we also had no television service. The router was locked inside the owner’s private closet, making it impossible to troubleshoot or even verify whether it simply needed to be reset.We contacted both Beachball Properties, the property management company and the condominium association at least a dozen times throughout our stay, but the issue was never resolved. For a luxury condominium valued at around 2 million, it’s reasonable to expect basic amenities like reliable Wi-Fi to be fully functional.Had the internet issue been addressed promptly, our experience would have been much better. The property itself is lovely, but the lack of Wi-Fi and the inability or unwillingness to resolve the problem was disappointing and significantly impacted our stay.Update: WiFi was restored our last night of our stay.

Great condo! Lovely furnishings, The “starter” pack was adequate for a short stay. I suggest charging for the parking pass when you book. That was news when we checked in - I saw it on the email but there were no instructions to go to the front desk. LOTS of people responded to the overhead page on 1/1/26 to get the pass. That could have been explained in all the messaging!

Amazing

Immaculate is the first word that comes to mind! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and I never wanted to leave this condo. The pictures truly don't do this place justice. Everything was fantastic! The condo is HUGE and not overcrowded like many others. Even the hallways were spotless, and the elevators were spacious. They provided handy buggies downstairs to help with groceries. Outside, there's a large smoker grill along with smaller grills. The condo itself had all the luxurious extras: a wet bar, an ice machine, champagne buckets, and more. I am not a huge fan of Orange Beach, but I would come again just to stay at this condo! Hands down, one of the best places we've ever stayed.
