A complete overhaul of the layout includes the Bedroom One with 3 queen beds (sleeps 6), Bedroom Two with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4), Bedroom Three with 3 queen beds (sleeps 6), and Bedroom Four with 1 Full over Full bunk bed and 1 twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 7)

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***
***Note: Seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks or group with all occupants under 25 years of ages are welcomed. Family Time is the Best

This was an amazing property and we had a great time. The kids loved the secret game room. We loved the separation of the bedrooms so each family had a room. The bathroom configuration was wonderful with a bathtub and small shower on the third floor, a larger shower on the 2nd floor and then a first floor powder room. Decor was so well-done; the teens went on bike rides; the foot washer and the outdoor shower were well thought-out. The views were spectacular and we loved the outdoor space. It does not get much better than this place!!! We just got home and the one kid already is asking to go back to this specific property. All the little details of what you might need were provided and the whole experience was a wow!!

Great and easy family weekend!

Very clean, pictures are accurate, easy access to the beach and proximity to attractions. Owners were very attentive and responsive with any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful oceanfront house next to convention center and boardwalk

We had a wonderful time staying at this oceanfront house! The deck overlooking the dunes, beach and atlantic ocean was the main draw. The house itself looks freshly renovated with spacious living and dining rooms. Also, it had so many beds! Our group of 8 had plenty of private space with our own bathrooms. There was a little secret room that was fun for reading and playing games. Lastly, it was super convenient to all the ocean city attractions like the boardwalk. The convention center is only one block away, so any future events there I'm going to stay here!
