A newly built cedar cabin is a scenic 45 minute drive to the Arenal Volcano National Park and only 25 minutes away from La Fortuna that has some of the best shops and foods in the area.
Located between La Fortuna and San Ramon it is very centrical to your next destination.
Chachagua is the town the property resides in, a community that is sure to grow with new amenities; but it currently has all of the essentials you would need to enjoy your stay, regardless if it is short or extended.
Cheers
The space
The property itself spans 10000m2 that has been fenced in for privacy and security and is home to several fruit trees that attract many animals such as variety of birds, monkeys, iguanas and even the occasional sloth. Some of the fruits are cancer fighting like Soursop along with coconuts, avocado, lemons and rambutan.
The fence line features a hiking trail that spans approximately 1.5km. You will be challenged by some steep hills both in the north and south ends of the property, which also feature a small creek in a cool shaded area.
Approximately 30% of the property, mostly surrounding the bungalow and cabin, is landscaped and maintained; but you are welcome to explore any part of the property within the fence line.
The cabin is nestled 400 meters from the street access, so it is very private and has no visible neighbors other than the host house.
Guest access
There is no special access to get in, such as keys or passcodes; but coordinating the time of entry is ideal so that the dogs can be prepared for introduction.
The entrance is a chain-link fence between two neighboring properties and is approximately 2km east of highway 702 and the Chachagua intersection.
The access is on the south side of the street and has a guard dog placard posted on it.

Other things to note
Zeus and Apollo are a year and a half old full size Dobermans, but don't' be afraid, they have been raised to welcome those that have been properly introduced. This introduction is to help them to identify a threat from a friendly and will be very excited for the introduction.
If anything was learned from the pandemic is that it is very possible that something like it can happen again, so the idea with the property is to evolve to be sustainable that pumps water from the creeks and recycle rain water from roofing. Employ vertical hydroponics and green houses.
I love my life, including what I have built for myself and want to share it with you, the traveler, but I do ask that you respect nature, so be mindful of excessive noise and garbage; therefor reduce, reuse, recycle and repurpose.
Reserve today and make your own opinions... Cheers!
