Great location, very clean, very accommodating and hospitable host, and all of the beach items you’ll need are on site (chairs, towels, sand toys, paddle board, etc.).

This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location with a great floor plan. All the little things that make the stay easier - kitchen staples, laundry soap, extra clean towels in each bedroom, etc. - were provided.

Comfy beds and great location!

This place is great. We were a group of 6 friends and had PLENTY of space. The house had lots of living space and a great view of the water. Beds were super comfortable. The location is in the middle of the west end, perfect for shopping, tea dance, and going out. Plus a coffee shop directly across the street. Great!

Magical place

This has full water views. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and bars. However you would never know it once you are in the unit. Totally quiet and serene. Look forward to renting next year.

Great first PTOWN trip

My friends and I had a great week! Property is in a great location, convenient to walk to restaurants, shows and stores. It has beautiful water view and deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The only real complaint I had was lack of hanging closet space, but that definitely wouldn’t deter us from a return visit. Oh and watch your head if you need to do laundry. Lol

Perfect location, stunning water views

When we booked this we thought it would be nice, and we were going with some friends wanted to be near things and have a nice view of the bay. During the week we my husband and I decided to book the next week because we didn't want to leave! We would have booked three weeks but realized we needed to get back to reality, but I'm certain we will be back. As the title mentions, stunning views, great location! Kitchen is great for cooking meals too! Highly recommend!

This condo is beautiful. Everything has been updated and is very clean and comfortable.

Host was very accommodating and friendly. We were greeted with a warm smile and she was there for all of our questions. I love it here

Great Vacation Spot

I have stayed in numerous places in Provincetown and this one rivals most of them. Perfect location, lots of space, nicely equipped, good for up to 6 people easily. Wonderful views, great beach, Liz was very easy to work with, no issues whatsoever. Thanks for all Liz!

Travel in the era of COVID-19

At first, we were hesitant to travel anywhere during COVID-19, but once we arrived at the property and into Provincetown, we were immediately at ease. Being that it was the end of July 2020, the vast majority of visitors and residents were wearing face masks on Commercial Street, shops, galleries, and the even the beach. Store owners were actively enforcing maximum number of shoppers in their stores and ambassadors were out ensuring everyone complied with the face mask rules. Most restaurants offered outdoor dining and clearly were abiding by social distancing rules the best they can. The unit was very large for the four of us offering great views of the bay and direct access to the beach. The kitchen was large and well appointed. It has two living areas and the bedrooms are nicely separated from the main living area allowing for privacy for those who wanted to go to bed early. I'm so glad we didn't cancel and decided to drive up to Provincetown for a much needed week off. Everything about the property and Liz was wonderful.

My Daughter‘s Wedding

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathrooms were great to get beautiful for the wedding. The view was spectacular towards the little harbor and the mooring. it was a wonderful stay!

Great locale but poor communications

The property location was awesome. The pics distort size-if rent expect Much smaller. Make sure no more than 5 on the deck at a time. Had guests over and one guest was verbally redirected by caretaker re deck behavior and was resolved upon redirection. An isolated unfortunate and unknown incident...-but never asked for me the- responsible party. The next day caretaker (sister of unit owner) Enter my paid unit without knocking or notice w a phone in her hand saying her sister wants to talk w me -as she hands me phone-only to hear her go off making accuasations and threats re terminrating my stay given the previous day events-i was and am incredulous that it was not brought to my attention WHEN IT HAPPENED and why the follow up Threatening call and inappropriate entry after the fact? When i shared w owner i had no Idea i was caught off guard etc she was vile w her retorts. if it was addressed and resolved when it happened why such hostiility? Seriously?! We left the place as we found it and were no problem-group of 6 having a small family reunion-glad we didnt let the threats or rudeness shown to us deter us from enjoying our time together-especially our giant Jenga game :)

All of our reviews are outstanding. You can see by this review that this behavior by the guest was not great and needed to be managed. This guest would not come forward to speak with us that evening but did get her party to break up and took the bad behavior off the balcony. We did have to continue to look for her and did find her the very next morning to make sure we did not have any more behavior like this going forward. We did offer to let her out of her lease and leave early. I can say in 14 years we have never had to deal with a guest conduct like this before. As for the size of the waterfront apartment I can say that the living room is 16' x 32' and the dining room is 16' 30'. There is a media room that is 14' x 14'. The bedrooms are all roomy and average. There are 3 baths. The balcony is sizable but is not a deck for a party. It seats 5 comfortably for dining. By all accounts, a balcony that accommodates this seating is a large balcony.

Perfect Location

We recently stayed at the 3 bedroom unit at Dyer's. The unit was spacious, the view's of the harbor were incredible, the location was perfect, and the owners were gracious and helpful. The unit is very close to everything PTown has to offer but still very quiet and peaceful.

Awesome waterfront views & great location in PTown

First time renting this place and have already booked it for 2017. I can't say enough great things about this place: spacious, lovely views, big kitchen - there were 5 of us staying here for part of the time - 3 for most of the week. It's on the 3rd floor so lugging the baggage up was not fun but luckily my son and friends were all able to pitch in and when we left, a nice neighbor on the 2nd floor helped us 3 ladies take our luggage down - what a gentleman! The weather was perfect and even though it is right off of Commercial Street, it is fairly quiet (it's at the West End). Owners are helpful and kind. It was the week of the International Film Festival and the week before the 'season' opened so it was not TOO crowded. Easy to walk everywhere - beach is right in front of you. We had the full moon (solstice even) and just every evening on the deck was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. Only one suggestion: you need an electric tea kettle! Can't wait to go back in June 2017.

Perfect P'town Perch

Great location. Well appointed. I have never seen a cleaner place. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The deck is huge. I would rent this again The downstairs apartment would be better suited for seniors and families with young children.

P-Town Hidden Gem

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend 2015 and absolutely loved it. It is much more spacious than the photos let on, as it spans from Commercial Street to the water. The views from the living room are amazing and it is so enjoyable to sit at the dining room table, the couches or on the patio and take in the views of the bay. Very centrally located on Winthrop Street and close to everything in town. No need for a car unless you are leaving P-Town. Owners are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this house for a bunch of friends or a family. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful waterfront!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 2.5 week stay at this perfectly located waterfront condo. We had great weather so spent time on our private beach, barbecued with friends and strolled Commercial Street. Kitchen is very well appointed and great for family meals. The owners are delightful and very helpful.
