The house was perfect for our family. Loved the back yard, pool, the privacy and BBQ. Appreciated all of the beach chairs. Umbrellas and snorkel gear. We will definitely be back year after year.

Family island getaway

Check in was easy and the place had all the amenities we wanted. The pool was great and the location had great access to the best beaches on the island.

Home away from home under the Hawaii stars

It was fantastic. Quiet, secluded - our own pool. Sun and beach close by.

Comfort in paradise

Perfect for a quiet at home experience in paradise. Plenty of space for two families and a very private backyard with a pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a beach vacation

This is a great house for a beach vacation. Lots of beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear and beach toys. House had lots of games and space for the kids. The owner was super responsive and supportive.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Property was as advertised. Very Clean and well equipped. Nice heated pool. Short drive to grocery store. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful experience!

We loved our stay, beautiful home had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and the property is very private. Get the optional AC as the upstairs gets really hot.

Great base of opportunity

The residence was the perfect size for our family. There were more than enough amenities (televisions, snorkel gear, towels etc...). We visited the entire Island and coming back to the residence was easy because of it's location.

Amazing vacation!

Lovely home with awesome private pool. Quiet, safe neighborhood where the noise you’ll hear is a symphony of song birds. This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. Andy is great to work with! Mahalo!

Retirement trip with family!

My husband and I just retired and decided to bring our kids to Hawaii to celebrate. This home was a great home base - plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and all the beach equipment provided. The kitchen had all the basics plus more! Great place - thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Wonderful relaxing vacation!!

Just what the Doctor ordered!! Home was very close to all the nice beaches on the big island! Wonderful 4 bedroom home. Very nice master bedroom! Pool was to die for, very nice!. We pretty much lived in there! Very private setting. Great grocery store nearby! Owner was wonderful on accommodating our needs! We'll be back soon!

Fab family reunion

Andrew's house is great for a relaxing family vacation. We had 4 adults and two teens, and really enjoyed the private backyard, grill and gorgeous swimming pool. A rental car is of course essential -- Waikoloa Village does feel a bit remote. But there is a very convenient grocery store close by, and the teens were huge fans of the shave ice at the resort down the hill. Enjoyed evening cocktails on the lanai and watched the sunset. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing house, and location

Pictures do not do justice to the house and backyard! House has everything you need, and the privacy of the yard surprised us all. Family of 9, 3 generations in the house and plenty of room. The breezes front and back cooled the house, and we never used any air conditioning. House was immaculate when we entered, and the location was perfect. Pool was well used by all of us, especially the grandchildren. Would stay again.

Wonderful vacation

My three sisters and I spent 8 nights at this wonderful property. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. The backyard is fabulous – very private and beautiful. We enjoyed the large patio and sitting around the pool. There was plenty of lawn furniture and tons of beach gear available to use. The neighborhood is nice and was very quiet. The upstairs did get a bit warm in the late afternoon but cooled off nicely after opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fans. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Waikoloa is da best!

This house was AMAZING!!! If you are wondering if the pictures are to believed - BELIEVE! This house is the most beautiful home I've ever stayed in. I can't believe what a great deal this rental is. The beach equipment, the pool, the kitchen everything saved us money over renting a hotel. The location was perfect for all the best beaches and hikes. It was plenty of room for the ten of us. Thank you Andy for providing such an awesome home base for our trip. We hope someday to return.

Amazing home in paradise!

From the moment I booked this home it was a excellent experience. Andrew is an amazing owner/host and is so easy to work with. He answered all of our questions so quickly and exudes the aloha spirit. The home is truly beautiful and wonderful. It has everything you need to experience Hawaii for whatever you and your family might want to do. The extras like snorkel gear and boogy boards was so fun for our grandkids. The home is well kept and well appointed. It was a great family home with a super fun pool!! Thank you for a amazing experience!!

Home away from home

It looked just like the pictures, it was clean and well maintained. I would definatley recommend this home to a friend. We loved the pool, my son and brother in law swam every day. The beds were so comfy and the neighborhood is very clean and quiet. It was spacious for the nine of us and having the washer and dryer was a plus. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions and had some really good suggestion's. I would recommend if you stay here do your grocerie shopping at Costco or Kmart. Waikaloa Village is very expensive.

Best equipped house I've ever stayed at!

I'm from Kona and return with my family frequently. We tried staying somewhere different this time (instead of in town) and found this place in Waikoloa. The location was convenient for us to access Kona and Waimea to see family and to get the kids down to the beach (when they weren't in the pool). The nice surprise with this house was how well equipped it was - kitchen stuff, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc., etc. We usually find that our rentals have the bare minimum or are missing fairly essential items. This one was great and we'd recommend it for families or groups of friends. Mahalo Nui.

Great place for a group vacation

We were a party of 7 adults and one toddler and we spent 9 nights at this house. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was roomy and had mostly everything we needed for our group who loves to cook. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the hammock and the really nice yard and pool (although the pool is pretty chilly!). We enjoyed night time star gazing from the back yard. One thing that isn't obvious from the pictures is that there are close neighbors on either side of the house, although the landscaping makes the yard very private. The location is good for going to the beaches, to Waimea, or up to Mauna Kea. Overall, this was a great place to rent.

Aloha Keri, I love that kitchen too and always happy to pick up any items that will make a guests experience that much more enjoyable. I'm such a foodie and love hearing about what works and what doesn't. I also agree that the back yard and pool is a big plus too, its such a private tropical oasis back there.
