Perfect home base for a trip to the smoky mountains and surrounding areas. The kids loved the pool and games that were available in the cabin. Everything was clean and essentials were well stocked.

Everything was great except for the extra cleaning fee charge. Was extreme for a day and a half stay. Cabin was nice and as expected. Nice to have a hot tub. enjoyed our brief stay in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The children loved the arcade. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The pool was great and really helped to wear out the kids!

Great place to spend time with family in the mountains, close to hiking trails and minutes from Gatlinburg downtown. The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a family of four getaways.

The property was beautiful, clean, and accommodated our family perfectly. The hot tub was the perfect addition to this cozy cabin and it was perfectly located! Near enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the mountains! I’m sure we will be back soon!

It wasn’t clean coffee grounds still in the coffee pot dust on the walls and behind the furniture not enough toilet paper and didn’t now how to get more the pot and pans were messed up could not even fry a egg in them no dish towels nobody told us what to do with the trash the shower down stairs where the drain wash a hole very uncomfortable to take a shower and there wasn’t a front porch light

The property was perfect for our family and it was a nice house. But when we arrived, there were several broken items - including a large chunk of the kitchen island, a dirty towel, and hair in the bathroom. Communication with the host felt very scripted and I questioned whether I was talking to a person or AI especially when I had questions and when I was trying to report the broken things found in the first 10 minutes we were there.

Beautiful property just as described. Huge rooms and perfect layout! Easy drive to activities and everyone was very easy to work with. The pool was a bonus and perfect place to unwind. We would definitely come back!

This was definitely a family vacation rental, Justin definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed he also messaged us and checked to make sure everything was going well for us. I am very pleased and can’t wait to book again with our next vacation to the mountains.

Very nice

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

The cabin is beautiful and weather was even better!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when staying in for the night. Bed is comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect spot for a Gatlinburg getaway!

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the private hot tub on the screened in porch in the evenings and sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch during the day. Communication with property management was on point. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay in this cabin community at White Oaks. 10/10 would book here again.
