Exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained, and comfortably accommodated our family of seven, along with an aunt and uncle.Everything was well cared for, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.Communication with the host was just right. Helpful and responsive without being excessive. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

I’d book this property again in a heartbeat after the experience my friends and I all had this past weekend. The price was beyond reasonable, everything was kept nice and neat in the house, and it was in a perfect location with easy access to everything St Augustine has to offer. Communication with the host was very efficient and they were some of the nicest people I personally have ever dealt with.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
I do have some feedback. I cleaned houses for 7 years so maybe its just the cleaner in me. The only problem we encountered was the cleanliness of the home. I noticed in the master bathroom there is mold growing in the tile (floor and ceiling) I scratched it with my finger nail and it came right off. vinegar and a scrub brush will take that right off. The mirrors in the master (bathroom and room) had smuges. The floors were pretty bad. not sure if they sweep or vacuum but I recommend a vacuum. There was hair from the previous people. when I moved a chair there was a cap to some sort of bottle underneath it. so maybe have the cleaners check under the beds and furniture. lastly, the dishes were still wet and there was a few food particles on the glasses. Again, I notice because I use to clean vaction rentals/houses. I know its a tough job but the bathrooms and kitchen are pretty big high traffic areas. thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. Really enjoyed another town.

We are glad you had a great stay and that you enjoyed our little town. We wish you would have reported those items during your stay, we could have sent a cleaner back to address any requests you had. We are very responsive hosts and we have professional cleaners who service the home after every stay.
