Our stay in Nashville was amazing and this rental property was the best. Great location for a walk to Broadway. The property was spotless and the host provided all the info we needed. Coffee bar was so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Easy walk to Broadway and nightclubs. No assigned spaces with lots of covered parking available. Great balcony view of occasional barge and tour boat traffic on the Cumberland River. Tastefully decorated, minimal neighborly noise on a quiet dead-end avenue, abundant ground coffee for a dual (K-cup also) machine. Well documented check-in/check-out instructions. No problem recommending to others.

Close to Broadway, walkable in less-than-95 degree weather (uber is very convenient). Somewhat noisy. River view is amazing! Would have liked to have the ledge in place on the balcony to rest coffee cups (as displayed in the photos), but otherwise fine. Nashville is fun and this unit was conveniently close to the action, and just far away enough to not have traffic bother you. Enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cozy condo. It was very well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. And the view of the Cumberland River was a real highlight! We just have one small suggestion, to add handicap bars to the bathrooms near the low toilets for easier ups and downs for older people like us!

Location was excellent. Easy to park and use uber while there. Easy communication with host. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meals/snacks. Bathtub in master was peeling and a little slick. Floors in all the rooms were a bit dirty (my feet were dirty after walking barefoot through the condo). All in all, it was a great place to stay with friends and do things in Nashville. The pool on the property was nice. It overlooks the river!

The location is convenient to all downtown areas. Some parts around the property are not the best, a lot of homeless in the area but we never felt unsafe. The property listing did not accurately match. We did not feel it was newly remodeled as described. The floors were incredibly dirty and our feet/socks were black. No elevators for 2nd/3rd floors. Pool and Garbage dumpsters were a walk. The condo smelled wet - musty and probably should have a humidifier. The light up sign located on the condo did catch on fire and had to contact host. She was communicating and asked for pictures. We were staying 4 nights and for the 4 of us, we had 4 towels, maybe supply more linens.

Very clean, adorable decorations, easy access to the unit, centrally located. If you are looking for a nice unit within walking distance to downtown area, this is perfect for you. We took an uber downtown but walked back to the unit. Great place to stay!
