We enjoyed the house and the views at sunset. It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach. Manzanita is a lovely community with good restaurants and friendly folks.

Elk and surf viewing from deck!

Great place for family beach weekend, especially for multi family if combine with neighboring property.

Our fave spot

The Legasea has an incredible view of the Preserve, Ocean & sky from the 2nd floor living area & deck!! It was well stocked, impeccably clean with attentive service from the Rental company.

Very clean. Great view. Close to the beach. Road was kind of busy.Only complaint was stairs up to living area slippery with socks. Owner requires shoes off before entering. I slid down them one night. Luckily not hurt.

Peaceful & Tranquil Location

Enjoyed our stay at Legasea on the Pond for our 47th Anniversary. We have had Manzanita on our list for a while and glad to have found this place. Loved the open high windows letting lots of light in. Got a peek of the ocean as well as singing birds every morning. Very comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. Some great restaurants to chose from as well. Thanks for opening up your home for our stay.

This is a perfect location for beach access. Also, there's a marsh outside the huge windows, so you don't feel close to anyone.The house is good for two couples, one with children who will still share a bed. The downstairs is one big bedroom, with two beds, so there's no privacy for unrelated couples. the upstairs master is nice, with an ensuite.The only downside is the steep stairs. My husband and I are almost 80, and we planned trips up and down very carefully.We have rented 5 or 6 Manzanita houses over the years, and this is our favorite, hands down.
