We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It fit our family of forty people very well! There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, and a beautiful view of the Candy Mountains. The host was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend using the home for your next family vacation.

This was an amazing property! We had the best time. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and well-maintained. The views are spectacular. The host communicated well and offered lots of suggestions for the area. We would definitely rent this place in the future!

Honestly- great place to stay and we had plenty of parking for our sxs & 4 wheeelers & trailers. 4 trucks and trailers and 2 more vehicles. All machines off the trailer still had plenty of parking.

Great home with everything you need! Plenty of room and to spare for our group. Great location for floating the river or going for a bike ride. There were ziplines and ropes course close by but we did not do those things. The jacuzzi was great as well. Our family really enjoyed our stay for our family reunion.

Commodious. Great place for big family. Lots to do inside the lodge and ample areas outside to set up for soccer, spike ball, corn hole, and wiffle ball as well as a fire pit. Wonderful place.

Beautiful property in a great location! We loved our stay here. Host was great with communication. Just a note that the check-in and check-out times are inaccurate. The listing says check in at 3pm, but it isn’t until 4pm. It also says checkout is at noon, but we were told to be out by 10am.Overall a great experience! Would stay here again!

The lodge is beautiful and is spacious enough that the 16 adults and 16 children gathered for our family reunion were able to have comfortable sleeping accommodations and bathrooms with adequate privacy. The common area with a large, well-designed kitchen and dining area on the ground floor allowed the entire group to gather for meals and games without crowding. During our stay, because of extreme heat, smoky skies from Utah wildfires, and reduced river flow from drought, many usual outdoor activities were limited. But family members played games on all three levels of the lodge, hot-tubbed, played spike-ball on the grassy area, and did some biking and walking on the nearby trail. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns.

We had planned our family reunion months ago and just happened to be coming down when there was the huge Cottonwood fire not too far away. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping contact with us in the day leading up to the trip, and letting us know about potential power outages (which didn’t happen). She was so open and friendly and just made our stay so easy even with the unsurety of everything that was happening with the fire. Because of some power outages, the house wasn’t quite as clean as Lisa expected it to be, but it was still perfect for our group. The house was great for our reunion! We enjoyed the big gathering area and the kids loved the play areas. We had fun outside and had everything we needed. It was a great place tucked away and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Family Thanksgiving Retreat

It was a perfect location and property for our family of 41 to get together for Thanksgiving. everyone had a place to sleep and restrooms for everyone. Lisa was fantastic to care for our needs and make our stay there very enjoyable.

This location is perfect with stunning views. The kitchen and living room area is massive. It was clean, comfortable and we loved it. We had 35 total with plenty of room throughout the house.

We loved our stay at Big Rock Candy Mountain. The house was beautiful and so clean and spacious. We loved the big kitchen and lots of seating. It was fun to be right by the river, and we loved floating and rafting. The yard was nice and grassy and close to bike and ATV trails. It was a perfect setting for our family reunion. Thanks!

We loved staying in this home for our family reunion! There were 38 of us but it felt like far less thanks to the layout of this lodge. We loved the layout of the main floor, which allowed us to all gather in one place. It made meals easy. Lisa is a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. We had a great experience!

We loved it here!! Perfect for our family reunion!

We had the best weekend here!! The house was the perfect size and layout for our family reunion! The house was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group. We loved the location, we floated down the river several times. The hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, movie theater, and kids playground were a huge asset to keep the kids busy and everyone was easily entertained! We walked up to the cute little convience store and got ice cream several times as well! Lisa was a great host, she took such great care of us! Overall we loved our stay and will return!

Family Outing

There were plenty of beds and bathrooms with large dinning tables. Family used the game room and theater constantly. We got snowed on so were inside most of the time but there was plenty of room and things to do inside so it was really nice for that. Our family said it was the best place we have stayed.Lisa was very good to work with during the whole process and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion! I got rave reviews from everyone about how many amenities there were, all the space and how clean it was. A huge perk was we did a float trip and the getting out point was right by the lodge. There are also lots of lakes and reservoirs around so we did a lake day. We had an issue with the hot tub and they were so responsive in messaging about it and we weren't inconvenienced at all. It was such a good experience that we're talking about staying here again!

Large Family Reunion

We had a group of 30 people with all age ranges. This house was perfect! It had ample sleeping arrangements and amenities to keep all ages occupied and satisfied. We had a couple of minor issues but the hosts responded promptly and had it figured it ASAP. We really enjoyed all eating together with plenty of seating. They also had plenty of seating for family gatherings, movie watching, fans on every bedroom, new fresh carpet, and the kids especially enjoyed the large hot tub and infinity gaming table. Plenty of entertainment with a piano, ping pong table, pool table, tvs all over, outdoor firepit and seating, georgeous views in day AND nighttime. Kids also loved the water fountain. Plenty of space inside and outside. Yard games were a hit and the running trail just feet feom the home. Local hikes were awesome. Beds were comfy. Hosts, again, were AWESOME. I highly recommend this place! It still looks and feels brand new. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect family reunion spot

This was the perfect home for a family reunion. We needed a place for 40 people of all ages and this totally fit the bill! Enough beds and chairs at the table for everyone. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything we needed and more. The home is beautiful and the property is too! The kids loved the little play area and were out there for hours! The view of the river and the mountain is gorgeous and with a well maintained property and a fence in the back, it’s obvious where kids should stop by the river to stay safe. We felt like the kids were safe the whole time. When we weren’t playing in the house, we took a trip to Fremont Indian state park and there was plenty for all the family to do there. We could have also hiked other trails, or played on the river. There are plenty of options for everyone! The host was also gracious and kind, and really helpful for everything we needed. One note I have is it would be really helpful if all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were labeled for easy finding and easy putting away. We would love to come back for another family reunion someday!
