Amerete questo lussuoso, aria condizionata, due camere da letto, due bagni, 1300 piedi quadrati Villa! Completamente arredato, con la sua spaziosa, lanai cene private, questa unità è immacolata e tenuto in maniera impeccabile. Questa unità offre ampio spazio di vita aperto per ospitare fino a sei, ma intimamente rilassante per due.

La grande aria condizionata camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size e di un confortevole salottino all'interno della camera da letto principale per leggere o rilassarsi e un grande televisore a schermo piatto HDTV. Il grande Maestro Bath dispone di un doppio lavabo, cabina doccia e vasca da bagno separata. La seconda camera dispone di due letti twin-size (che può essere convertito in una configurazione re), ingresso, forno a microonde / mini frigo indipendente, aria condizionata, angolo pranzo (che può ospitare fino a 4 persone), grande televisore HDTV a schermo piatto, comò e armadio. The Living Room è lussuosamente arredato e spazioso, completamente climatizzato, con vista sulla flora tropicale e piscina presso il Grand Champions Resort. Inoltre è incluso un grande televisore a schermo piatto HDTV. La zona pranzo è spazioso e dotato di tavolo e sedie per ospitare fino a sei persone. La cucina dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con lavastoviglie, gamma, microonde e frigorifero fianco a fianco con acqua filtrata e ghiaccio nella porta.

Situato nella prestigiosa zona di Wailea, le ville sono a pochi passi da alcune delle spiagge più incontaminate di Maui, cinque ristoranti pranzo stella, e deliziosi negozi. Comfort di lusso e piacevole sarà tuo in questa bella villa per vacanze!

Well stocked unit with everything you would need. Walking distance to Wailea shops. Good communication with host. A little dated furniture but all in all a good stay.

By coincidence, we had ordered brand new furniture to replace the classic rattan island look in the Living area (which most guests appreciated). Unfortunately, you just missed it as it will be delivered in a couple of days. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and please check the site for updated photos in the next couple of days:)!

Absolutely loved staying here with my family of 4. My two girls were so happy to be right by the pool and to have access to all of the noodles and pool supplies provided by Karen. It was a perfect stay! Thank you Karen we would love to be back!

Our stay was exceptional with everything we needed for four adults and two children during our 12 night stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and we easily prepared 90% of our meals there. We loved the lanai overlooking the pool, which we used almost every day, as well as all the beach equipment/toys you could ever ask for. The beds were all comfortable with nice linens and the towel supply was plentiful. We only used the A/C a couple hours and the split air system worked well and was very quiet. The brand new washer/dryer set came in handy too. The host’s communications were great and her responses very quick. We have stayed in five different Grand Champion units over the years and this one was by far the best overall!

There are shops nearby and even a charging station for the electric car that we didn’t want of course not the owners fault whatsoever. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the fact that they’re more than enough amenities such as coffee, condiments, etc. We brought most of our own, but just knowing that there was back up And we weren’t being rationed was incredible

Great location!

The condo is great for a family. It has a large master and two twin beds in the other room. It's right across from the pool and hot tub and has a huge lanai. Great place to stay!

This villa really is a great place for familes/friends to stay on their Maui vacation. This dedicated vacation rental is in the exclusive resort destination of Wailea, Maui, and provides all the luxurious comforts of home, in a peaceful, comfortable, convenient setting and location, with on site management and security available to attend to any of our guests concerns. This villa has all the comforts of home, including 2 large master bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, a stylishly decorated living room, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, large couch with sleeper bed, lounging chairs, flatscreen TVs, beautiful plants, dining area right off of a fully equipped kitchen, and brand new high efficiency, full size washer/ dryer. You'll see why our guests call this a "home away from home" and why this villa makes coming to Maui an easy and relaxing getaway.

There are many reviews about this property and our experience is no different. This property is ideally located, clean and contemporary. What other reviews do not completely highlight is the remarkable character of Karen. We had an unfortunate personal event while traveling and Karen there with both an empathetic voice and recommended a solution, that in large part, helped us with our challenge. If a world that places an emphasis on transactions, Karen is clearly a relationship person. Don’t just book the property because of its amenities and location, book the property to recognize Karen … she is good people.

Large, very well equipped and clean condo. Nice pool which my son (age 7) loved and walk or short drive to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. Lots of beach and pool equipment. Would stay at again if come back to Wailea

Property manager was excellent, had condo extremely well stocked from Starbucks coffee to a closet full of beach essentials, even Costco bags for that Costco run. Very enjoyable, thank you

Wonderful condo close to pool

This condo is in a great location and right next to the pool. Karen was easy to communicate with and our stay was excellent with no issues. I would definitely come back.

Felt like home

The place felt like a true home away from home. Everything was there that you would need from daily essentials to beach toys were in the unit. If I stay in the wailea area again, I absolutely would consider staying at this condo again.

Beautiful condo

Our vacation at this condo was excellent. It was very comfortable, well stocked and in a great location to visit all of the beautiful beaches in Wailea/Kihei. The location right by the pool made is easy for us to grill and to enjoy the water. The owner quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. We have rented many accommodations through VRBO and this on is among the best.

Excellent and spacious condo

We loved staying at this beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained unit with comfortable beds and walking proximity to plenty of amazing dining and shopping. The pool and bbqs are steps away from the lanai making it easy for the kids to go for a quick dip in the pool. We also enjoyed walking to many of the delicious restaurants and farmer’s market in the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the pullout! Loved our stay and would love to come back.

Lovely Stay on Maui

Great location and well stocked with the basics. There were lots of great beach accessories. Location was close to the pool which was convenient but also was a little noisy at times. However it was very quiet after 10. Karen was quick to get back to us when we had questions and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

I am an individual owner of this vacation villa. Grand Champion Golf and Tennis Villas is zoned in the resort/hotel zoning of the Gold Coast of Wailea/Makena and is a legal vacation villa. I have been associated with VRBO for over 25 years (and was one of their first listings, as evidenced by my low VRBO listing number). My best customers are my returning guests, many of whom return annually to their "home away from home".

From the time you enter this villa, you will feel right at home, with all the comforts of your home provided. Every amenity has been provided, from fresh coffee to laundry soap, all you will need for your Maui get-away is your roll on suitcase!

This villa was totally remodeled in Spring of 2020 and includes walk in showers in both baths, double granite sinks in the master, whirlpool bath in the master; new granite counter tops in all baths, together with new bath fixtures.

All tile has been updated to high grade porcelain tile throughout the baths and kitchen, together with new cherry cabinets in the kitchen and all new stainless steel fingerprint free appliances. The new granite wraps around the entire kitchen for a exquisite finish.

New split air conditioning has been installed throughout the villa, together with air purifiers in all rooms for your comfort and health.

This villa is safe (in addition to private security provided by the complex, we have also provided a private safe for small belongings) and well prepared for our visiting guests. From beach gear to on site security and a management office to address any concerns, you will feel that this is the right villa for your special holiday.
