Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees during your stay for a fee. Minimum of 3 days. If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host 48+ hours in advance.

October: $105
November: $125
December - February: $150
March-Sept: $100

***Warning***: The pool and spa at our property do not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.***

Pets: We allow small pets only. Please send a photo of the pet first. We require a non-refundable pet fee of $200.

Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire for the FEE. Strictly based on availability.

Our home comfortably accommodates groups of up to 9 guests. Sink into any of our four cozy beds, each adorned with fresh, high-quality linens and pillows. With ample space, our three bedrooms feature 2 Queens, 2 full beds, and 1 twin. All bathrooms boast modern spa-like features, essential toiletries, and plush cotton towels.

The bright and open-concept chef's kitchen and dining areas offer ample space for preparing, cooking, catering, and hosting.
